Paid me in 2 days after verification! Not sure why so many bad reviews??? Maybe they changed something but they paid me 100% so wanted to come give them 5 stars and please! Horrible site they lie I purchased a package I won and it took three months for them to even try to give me my money back. It reverse back to them once they try to hit my bank. They did not put my name on it every time I called, they would say it was my fault which it was not my bank said they were not putting my legal name on it. They were not putting any name on it. They kept my money and they keep ignoring my request for my redemption. this site is fake. I’m gonna take any kind of legal action I can because this is not fair as somebody with five children and a family of seven that should not happen when you’re trying to win any kind of money this is the worst site I’ve ever been on and their customer service is just pure crap plus now they have a 20 times play through so don’t even waste your money …no payment no refund and spam

Purchased their $349.99 with 100% bonus promo offer. Come to find out they have a 20x playthrough requirement. I highly recommend not putting even a $1 on this site as this is very poor practice and it's buried where you can't find that information until after you already made the purchase. Highly scammy behavior site. Don't just take my word for it look at all of the reviews already given to this scam site. Definitely won't be using them again.

Stay far away from these guys. They will steal your balance for no reason and refuse to pay out when you’ve earned enough to redeem.

Worst Scam Site Zero Stars. Will not process redemptions after chat promised their site had been updated. They can’t even give me a timeframe of when they will process my redemption. They snuck in a x15 playthrough on all bonus packs. Do not purchase here. They just threw out a bunch of ridiculous packages like pay $500 and get $900 SC. It’s a trick. You will have to play $400 bonus credits 15 times over plus the $500 SC that wasn’t a bonus. I have all transcripts of there contradicting lies. Don’t pay nothing here. Your better off donating it to charity. For real, my money and yours is sitting in some group of scammers pocket. I know exactly who to contact cause they are ran in the USA. I will be going to ftc and gaming control commission if I’m not paid. Just to let yall know they don’t put x15 playthrough on their packages. They have probably hidden the terms somewhere in this shady site. They are definitely about to pull the rug and try to keep everyone’s money. Pay me

It's a rug pull everyone. That's all I have to say. They are offering highly boosted promo offers to pile up as much funds as possible before taking the site down. Don't say you haven't been warned if you deposit. There's a reason so many reviews have been flagged for review. It's sweepsusa trying to scrape every penny they can from unknowing players before they try to make a withdrawal and get banned and threatened with legal action.

Banned my account after my first redemption alleging I violated TOS, section 17.4 suspected fraud/abuse, which I can only assume means winning since they did not cite what exact gameplay triggered the violation. They canceled my redemption and have not refunded my purchase. I will be giving them 7 days to refund my purchase before I issue a chargebacks.

I won 1.3 million on their platform in SC, when I went to go and redeem my SC the blocked my account, logged me out, and have still yet to give me access. This is the most recent email I got. Do not use their website, do not make purchases, they will take everything if and slap a bull crap reasoning as to why, fraud, abuse, and a scam.

Won my prize fair and square, playing the games as they were allowed, then they banned me after I requested my redemption claiming I violated ToS, but could not explain how exactly nor provide evidence of such. This is most likely a rug waiting to happen, which we're unfortunately starting to see happen more and more. Do not play here when there are many other reputable options.

DO NOT PLAY HERE! I deposited over $510 and made a withdrawal for $614 and they rejected my redemption and kept my money. Now they don’t even want to refund the money I deposited. This is a SCAM! If you deposit and win expect not to get anything.

I'd been on this site awhile and never had any issues. A few weeks ago I bought a few promotional offers, got lucky, and came out a little ahead. When I went to redeem they closed my account and seized my balance claiming "promotional abuse" which seems crazy given the 10x playthrough requirement. I'm waiting on a reply from support before I file a complaint with my state's Attorney General’s Office and start the arbitration process.

May 24th update: they actually responded to my email threatening me with legal action. For buying deals they offered, playing games they listed on their website, using bet sizes they allow. I will be continuing with my arbitration and complaints with the relevant authorities.

10x playthrough and when you finally do get to redeem they ban you and try to confiscate your money. If they don't refund my money, I'll take them to arbitration. I'm sick of these so-called sweepstakes casinos scamming us out of our money.

Edit: They are now threatening legal action against me for abusing them, absolutely ridiculous. They steal my money and then accuse me of fraudulent activity. They have some nerve on them. If they don't pay me my money, I'm filing for arbitration and at this point I will also be filing complaints with law enforcement in the proper jurisdiction and the FTC. Sweeps companies are getting mighty bold in their theft and we can't stand for it. If you've been harmed by SweepsUSA, I encourage each individual to look into and file for arbitration. It costs the company a lot of money. AAA Arbitration is who is stated in their terms.

Edit 2: They have now flagged this review in an attempt to get it taken down so that they can scam more people. This is ridiculous. In addition to arbitration, I also intend to submit complaints to the Missouri Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, and appropriate local law enforcement/prosecuting authorities. Those complaints will request review of whether SweepsUSA’s conduct constitutes theft by deception, deceptive business practices, or any other applicable offense or consumer protection violation.

I see they have some pretty bad reviews here, which is really surprising to me because I won $300 with just the free $2 signup bonus & it was in my account within 48 hours (it literally hit my account on a Sunday). The main change I’ve noticed since then is that you can’t use the free daily bonus coins on certain games anymore, which sucks since my big win was on Lucky Penny 2 & it’s blocked from playing without making a purchase of SC or just using gold coins.i haven’t cashed out since the one time, but I’d still give this casino a chance due to them paying me on a redemption without me even having to make a purchase at the time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They stole $500 from me and then banned me and refuse to refund me. I was waiting on a $575 redemption but now they've stolen my original purchase. FURTHERMORE they mark bad reviews as illegal/harmful when they are not. Disgusting site, disgusting behavior, scam artists. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY.
