Not great at all. Just play stake. You can tell the RTP here is low. Games don’t pay.

Not sure about this place. They have good selection of games but redeeming a prize is taking way to long and I'm now wondering if I will even receive the $350...I asked support but all they could say is 3-5 days, To me 3-5 days to redeem your winnings us way to long all the other places I play don't take that long maybe 48 hours so I doubt I will be back unless they speed up my redemption

After over a week I was finally paid out what I was owed.

I made a redemption off of my very first deposit. It did take a couple days for them to approve it then once they did it probably took 2-3 more days before it was in my bank account via ach transfer. Could of gave them 4 stars for the kind of slow redemption time but they have some bad reviews here I see and they did pay me out so that's what's most important to me anyways. Gi e these newer casinos a break guys and stop being so needy slways with support unless you absolutely need them. I honestly never contact support at any of these casinos and I play a lot everyday. If I do it's a quick one sentence question and that's it but even then rarely do I do that. I just don't get why people need to contact support that much cuz I play every single day at multiple casinos never hardly having any issues.

The site itself was pretty good overall. I was waiting on my redemption and planned to update once I received it. I do wish they offered push-to-card instead of ACH, but I understand not every site does.

In response to the company: in your public reply you said one thing, but in your email to me you stated there was a processing error with the third-party company you use. That was confusing because the explanations didn’t match.

Update: My original redemption was submitted on the 15th. On the 18th, I had another redemption. I specifically told support which one I wanted canceled. We went back and forth, and the support agent confirmed they understood which redemption I wanted canceled.

Despite that, they canceled the 15th redemption instead of the 18th. That mistake caused additional delays and restarted the process.

From the 15th to the 25th, I was waiting for payment because of the cancellation error. It turned what should have been a normal redemption into a 10-day process.

Final Update: I did eventually receive payment. They did pay. The games worked fine and the platform itself functions well. However, the cancellation mistake and overall delay made the redemption process much more frustrating than it needed to be. Because of that experience, I personally won’t be playing here again.

Do not deposit. They are crooks omg crooks crooks crooks. Its all rigged will not let u go pass certain amount so u cant cash out. U don't get crap if u ever do get bonus. Do not deposit they will not ever approve your redemption but they can instantly cancel it makes no sense they they rig the games to lose

Update: I've been waiting for my redemption payout since January 20th 2026 received an email told to do another redeemtion payout. Did the redemption payout for only 100.00 instead of the 150.00 that I was owed and I have to wait another 3 days. Sweep USA have done nothing but lie, manipulate, cheat, scam me out of a legitimate win. And I continued to buy coins thinking that they would do the right thing in good faith. It's Paid is their processor and they told me it was up to It's Paid if I receive my payout it never occured. I done everything required of me to receive my winnings and they continued to lie, and manipulate. Just wanted to update.

I like this casino for its ease in completing

What I don’t like is that I am STILL waiting on a $100 redemption to my card which still isn’t on my card 12 hours after I received an email claiming my redemption was successful.
UPDATE: I received my winnings after several days of dialogue with customer service. Since then I have submitted one gift card redemption that took longer than normal for sweeps casinos I've used but I DID get paid. Bottom line sweepsUSA.com pays it just seems to take a little longer than expected.

I'm kind of right there with the chick that made a review around early December where they claim that they're in this soft phase launch well okay it's been well over a month and what a week since that date so yeah this soft launch phase makes no sense to me they just need to really start processing their redemptions quicker it seems like that's their issue first time I've ever went on them I'm waiting I'm praying and ain't going to take no 3 to 5 days if it does that's ridiculous none of them take that long anymore let's see what happens been waiting for over 36 hours now still showing in the pending state seems like the only people I really do get a hold of is like an AI and not an actual human being and this is ridiculous

UPDATE: My redemption of $640.00 bit my bank today 1/29/26. Their was a reasonable transaction fee chargeed by their processor, but i have no complaints. I did chat with support briefly 2 times. They were quick to respond and were real people both occasions which was a breath of fresh air.

I also sent an email to support and got a reply back a short time later. He explained flat out their a new site just getting going and redemption times may be a little longer than they like and its a work in progress.

I never saw even a hint of delay tactics these sites like to use to stall hoping you play ir back. I just kept my faith patience and understanding and i believed what i was told. It all went well. I had no issues.

The bad sites which is most of them give all of them a bad name. And like i said , I'm a hard core sweeps critic. I got standards they must adhere to if I'm to share my money with them. And i don't have much good to say about many or most of them. . I will say, this is as good a site I've played on, since i joined Crown Coins a year ago which is total garbage now as i see it. Not alone in that sentiment.

I want to thank Sweeps USA for trying to raise their standards with quality assurance. Its a breath of fresh air as well. I will be recommending them to a few people in my circle. And though im not rich, and don't have thousands of dollars to play around with.. I did make 113 purchases on Crown coins last year along with a few at other sites.

Sweeps USA will get the biggest share of that now as long as we got mutual respect and understanding. As of this writing they earned that with me. I recommend you give them a try. I promise you can easily do a who lot worse elsewhere. I give them 5 stars over all now. .They earned and deserve it. Up to them to maintain it.

Update: i have been waiting patiently since i put in for my redemption i put in for on the 22nd. As of this writing i just checked and it now has been approved. I must say there are more negative reviews now than when i wrote this review and it's a little concerning. I'll remain patient and understanding as i feel the site is trying it's best. Will update again if and when the funds hit my account, which has always been very quick from other sites.

Sweeps USA is a relatively new site. I signed up awhile back, but i like to take it slow feeling these sites out. I always complete the verification process before i make purchases. I also will play the daily log in bonus along with Gold coins to see how the slots perform,.looking for any lag, glitching or internal server errors where you have to reload which from my experience always ends any winning one may have been getting. I must say, i never saw anything like that on this site.

All the games ran smoothly and the RTP seemed to be better than most sites, though I haven't played a whole lot as of yet. The site navigates well, not bombarded with popups and the game selection is quite good for a newer site.

Made my first purchase today, A 50 SC welcome pack for $25.00 . It was up and down with some decent wins thrown in to keep me in the game and i was enjoying myself for a change. Not so much on other sites i patronize
Here recently. Well long story short i was getting down there on coins a bit when i hit for 730 SC. I must say it's been a long bad luck streak and I'm happy about playing again.

Put in for a $650.00 redemption. Hopefully the 5 star reviews are real and i get my redemption in a timely manner without any issues. I'm going to give them 3 stars for now. I haven't needed support yet so I can't comment on that yet. I'll update with 5 stars if all goes well with my redemption as soon as i get it.
