I often visit sweeps casino sites in search of 2 things... good deals on coin packages as well as specific games I like to play. As I navigated through Sweeps USA I found exactly what I was in search of. Or at least I thought I did. I paid $70 for the package which included $120 sc. While playing I learned that the extra $50 sc (what made this package seem like a decent deal) could not be used as I intended and was limited to a very small group of games chosen by the site. Out of all of the sweeps casinos I play at (roughly 50 or so) I have never made a purchase that I wasnt able to use all of my sc coins as I chose. I am leaving this review in hopes to prevent someone else from falling for this site's not as good as they appear to be deals.

Website stole my $500 purchase and closed my account. They have very restrictive game selections to be able to play through your SC. If you do finally win they won’t pay you out and say you violated their terms. Stay away from this criminal enterprise.

So about 1 week ago the site had a major glitch where everyone had 1000sc to play with it upon realizing this I contacted support to make sure that I could use the 1000sc and they said yes it was a VIP promotional bonus. I played several games and never not one time tried to cash out or redeem anything like everyone else was doing. But before the glitch happened I had purchased a package of $24.99 get 40SC and so when they realized the glitch happened they shut the site down and took everyone’s balance including the sc I paid for and I never got it back. It’s crazy as hell. I contacted support and was promised a 20sc VIP special bonus but still never got that or the SC that I paid $25 for. This site is a scam and all they want is money and don’t want to do what they say they will do, I wouldn’t trust them.

I had $120 in referral money - the site had a glitch and it added money that wasn’t mine. The company fixed it and left my money alone. i won $20000 off of my referral money and they took it all and said it was apart of the glitch. which it wasn’t. they even stated in email that MY MONEY WOULD BE SAFE AND UNTOUCHED

Play in this casino for the first time and I won $100 I tried redeeming my cash out and this was over a week ago and currently I'm still waiting for my payout they keep saying the same thing every time I ask him what's the wait or how long more it's going to take and I just keep getting the same repetitive replies. Not happy at all with this experience

Please don't play at this casino!!! They are some crooks I made a redemption for 1000.00 they said it would take 3-5 business days before it would be in my account.. on the fourth day they blocked me out of my account!!! They closed my account. Please don't be. Victim!!! They are not going to pay!!! They are somx crooks!!!! Please don't play here!!!!

I redeemed for $160 a small amount it’s been two weeks and I still have not seen my redemption. Customer service is a joke they are one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with this is ridiculous

I bought a pack on march 9th and won enough to redeem the same day. I've been waiting since then and still haven't received my redemption. I've also chatted with support like 5 times already and they keep saying there's a delay and it's just going to be a little longer. It is now march 23rd, 14 days later 9, almost 10 business days later. I was initially told 3-5 business days.

SweepsUSA is a good site! There was an ongoing system improvement, and my redemption requests were cancelled. However, they are temporarily supporting ACH redemptions. Fortunately, my redemptions were approved quickly, and the money is headed to my account. They kindly credited my account with 30 free spins at .10 a spin on a specific game and apologized for any inconvenience. I accept your apology, SweepsUSA!

Just overall not a good time. Won't be visiting this site again.

The absolute worst casino I’ve ever played on and this is a honest review. If you like waiting weeks for your money only to play it due to not being paid this is the site for you. Dead spins are a given here never seen so many in my life! Don’t waste your money with this garbage site go play somewhere else where they actually pay you in a timely fashion. Redemption time here is 2weeks plus which is ridiculous!!!! That’s just a guess by the way because I never received my measly $100 so I can only imagine if someone actually wins big smh probably have you wait a damn month or two for your funds. Again stay away from this site it’s absolute cheeks!

I just wish that payouts were a little quicker especially looking at redemption time frames from other platforms. 3-5 days is a bit ridiculous! And more options are definitely needed. Other than that it’s an okay site!

Wish i could give 1000 stars! I've been playing on SweepsUSA for a few months and have strictly only played off of their free daily GC/SC. I finally won!! It was a little over $100 and I chose to redeem it via gift card ($100 Meijer) which was my first time ever for any site because I normally have it go directly to my bank account. This site is real, it worked, even from strictly playing from only their daily freebies- so awesome. Took a few days, but the site has live updates throughout the whole process and was very honest and transparent about the timeframes. I am so grateful. Thank you SweepsUSA for a smooth process and especially for helping me feed my babies! Used it for groceries 🥹 I can't wait to buy packages soon.
For anyone skeptical- i get it, just remember to be patient for the wins as they're never instantly guaranteed at any casino, however you will eventually win and be patient with redemptions because i promise its coming within a week or less on this site!
