I recieved my, shoes, and they did not fit. I've tried several times to return but cannot get an answer back. Very small in size and not firm to slip on as advertised.
Very disappointed.

I had ordered the Outdoor Tactical Men's Hiking Shoes. Love these shoes. Comfortable. Slips on with no effort.

I ordered shorts 9134486067 needed a size bigger 7385637752..same day I received the package I sent an email 3 PM. Five hours later I got a reply didn’t expect it was totally shocked. I mean there base out of the China, what do I know.
The representative was super nice super helpful. I offered to send back the product per their instructions on return policies. She said it’s not possible, I just had to pay the shipping cost and they were going to send me the correct size.

Amazing customer support in this day and age. Sizing issue with ordered pants initially. Reached out and actually got response quickly and had actual help! Excellent help and successfully resolved sizing issue. Replacement pants sent immediately and arrived with no issue. Thanks for the support on the order!

Do not order shoes from this company! Sizing is nowhere near accurate and they “stand behind” their products only at YOUR expense. In fact, there are MANY “companies” and “brands” operating through Suite 1 at 2805 W El Segundo Blvd, Hawthorne, CA, and I will avoid them all. Neither website description/s nor their “service” are to be trusted. I’m sure any “positive reviews” were posted by owners/employees.

Update 03/17/23: I just received a response “offering to help,” however, I have already spent a few days “chatting” with them. In one response, they admitted there’s a 1-3 cm (that’s .39”-1.18”). variance in “manual measurement,” whatever that is. That was not included in the description! I have screen shots of our entire, lengthy chat - which I think required 27 photographs. Every solution involved my paying more.

I decided, when they said I wouldn’t get a refund unless I shipped them back to China at my expense, to stop dealing with them and accept the loss. My time is worth more than these “shoes.” That’s when I wrote the review above, hoping to spare others from wasting their money and time.

There was a small issue with my order and Sandy took care of it for me. She offered me a couple of options and my order was fixed.

In June 2022, I ordered 2 pr of shoes from Sweetiecathy shoes, which said they offered support for plantar fasciitis. I ordered and wore them out within 6 months those shoes did support and give relief to my foot.
On the 29th November 2022, I ordered another 3 pairs of the same style shoe which were delivered 4 weeks later.
This time I got faulty shoes, where the side elastics gave way and frayed after 4 wears. I went to their site to tell them of my issue and as I had photos to sow the elastic side keeping the shoe secure around my foot had given way, I wanted to upload these to show. But I could not and I could only leave a short message. I said that the shoes were faulty, I had photos I wanted to send them but could not do that here I asked for an email address to send a more detailed email with pics.
No reply came back and about 5 to 6 weeks later, I realised that I had not heard from them I emailed again on their website, Sweetiecathy.com . Again no reply after a few weeks.
Now I went on a search to try and find an email address, which I found, and I emailed to Sweetiecathy and included the pictures. Ms Sandy replying that it had been 3 months since I bought them and it was past their 30 day warranty / guarantee so they would only give me a $10 discount off my next purchase, that is all. Her excuse was that it had been just over 4 months since I had the package, (it was 3 months since ordering the shoes, and 2 months I had to wear the shoes, of which I emailed though their website within the 30 days of having them on my feet!!), and that “we would like to replace it for you, but we can’t do business that way, so please understand… please forgive us”.
The $10 off coupon now offered. It was 2 pairs of shoes that failed. Again I said that this was their fault by not answering my emails lodged on their website.
I told Ms Sandy that this was not acceptable, and that I would lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs and leave a review of this situation.
Ms Sandy quickly responded with “Okay….. we would like to send you free pair of shoes for you..”
On seeing the faulty pictures this should have happened straight away as it was obvious that the elastic had given way and frayed. But no the old no we can’t….. ignore…. Ignore…..excuse……
Well now I have told her no to to her offer a pair of free shoes. It should have been done first once the pictures were seen. Investigated, could see the fault and rectify straight away.
So to all potential buyers, be wary of Sweetiecathy shoes. They may not do or perform as they say, and if you do have a problem them good luck.

You will work with me? Your first 4 emails you would only give me a $10 voucher off next order. Then when I posted an honest account of what happened then you offer me a pair of shoes as long as I pay for postage? I sent you an email complaint about the shoes on 31/1/23 on the contact us link on your website, but you say you cannot find, then again on or about 3 weeks later on your contact us page, but again you cannot find. It has taken 7 emails to get to this, you should have looked at the pictures I sent you which show the date and time the picture was taken 5 weeks after I received them, seen the obvious fraying and stretching of the support elastic, and offered me replacement shoes! I would have paid for postage, but now I am so over this. No I will not accept your new pair of shoes as you told me I had to take down this negative post. I WILL NOT BE BOUGHT TO TAKE THIS DOWN, I HAVE INTEGRITY. I am honest and fair and want others to be very wary of how Sweetiecathy works.

This company totally disappointed me on original order. They did reach out to me , to try to rectify the situation. Just remember if you are not satisfied, you have to send them back to china. That might be more expensive than the product.

Ordered shoes 1/5. They have not arrived. I have written an inquiry to “sweetie” for four days without a response. They do not offer the option of speaking to a real person, and I can see why. Utterly dismal service. Obviously some customers get what they ordered, but my experience has been horrible. Think twice before sending these people your hard earned money

I purchased the shoes online and after reading reviews I was concerned if I would even receive them. Took some time coming from China but was delivered sooner than I expected and I love the shoes.

Mistakes happen. What I ordered and what was received was not accurate. I reached out to SweetieCathy customer service via email and was able to resolve the mistake timely. I did not speak to a representative, but their assigned customer service team member, Sandy, was polite, considerate, and willing to help resolve the oversight. After a few emails referencing the product I received, Sandy confirmed a mistake was made, apologized and immediately shipped the requested product. Kudos to Sandy.

My shoes arrived at specified day and I am very satisfied. Quality is great and they are very comfortable. I will order another pair soon!

Product is exactly as described. Took a long time to arrive but that was expected and not a problem.
Shoes are comfortable and seem well made and I'm considering ordering a second pair in a different color.

I bought two pair of pants that were supposed to be the same size. They were not, one pair was tighter than the other. Who ever sewed these pants together is clearly rushing through..as a veteran I know good tactical stuff when I see it...like anything though if u want to buy it from here, go ahead. I won't ever come to this sight again...now lets see if they can respond..what rubbish will they say...
