This company is a ripoff. I ordered shoes on December 5th and have not received. order #13619

I thought I purchased leggings and boots on Amazon and could return them if sizing was not correct. Somehow it turns out I bought it on SweetieCathy website. Returning the incorrect size to Hong Kong is too costly.

Too bad I have to give them any stars! Had I known this was a Hong Kong based company I would not have purchased from them. I spent $150.00 on several leggings, they all do not fit! Their sizes must be made for small Chinese women, it not way reflects the size chart on their website. I should have looked at the models closer....they have no thighs so of course they could wear them!
I used PayPal to purchase these items, hopefully PayPal can help me get my money back and I will not have to pay the ridiculous USPS postage rates to Hong Kong to return them. I will never purchase from this company or any company out of China.
BEWARE OF CHINA MADE CLOTHING!

UPS will not accept pkgs to China because of COVID.
Am stuck with $50 product. USPS would charge close to that amount to return. Will never shop them again.
A true ripoff. Would never have ordered if known from China.

Cannot get an Order Status. Have written four emails to Support and nothing... Also, like others did not know it was a Chinese company.

Had no idea this company was based in China--says my order was shipped but when I click on tracking number no info. Would not have ordered if I new it was being shipped from China. I placed my order on Dec 4--based on other reviews I be lucky if I see it by January.

Would not do business with this company again

Would highly recommend have purchased 3 times from this company and not once have I been disappointed, always arrived before the estimated delivery date, good quality of boots.

I ordered some mens slippers on Nov. 18th. As of Dec. 12th, I still hadn't received them nor any communication from them about delivery. After some digging on my own, I found out the slippers are coming from Shanghai! Didn't know this when I ordered them. You can forget about ever processing a return or exchange. Very misleading marketing.

The Optical Illusion Rug (the one that looks like a deep endless well) is a joke. It is not a rug but a cheap little blanket. It looks nothing like the photos and does not look like a deep hole. It is garbage. This is a total scam! Avoid at all costs!

Totally agree, this company is a rip-off. The photos look great, their product is terrible. The cost of returning the product is more expensive than the shoes. Thankfully I had Paypal and they picked up the cost of return. And by the way, they're constantly changing their name do to so many complaints

They don't tell you that they're in Hong Kong. So the item I ordered in November may not get here until after Christmas. I wish I had checked out the reviews before sending them a single penny.

This is an absolutely awful site. Ordered the vortex rug. Rug received is NOT vortex at all. Looks nothing like rug on site. After reading other reviews and with my experience, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Those of us who have are really sorry we trusted them and lost our money. STAY AWAY!!

As I was browsing the internet, an ad came up for a pair of shoes from a company called Sweetiecathy. Never heard of Sweetiecathy so I came to Trustpilot FIRST. (Learned my lesson after getting ripped off by a company called Anniecloth.) After I saw the negative reviews for Sweetiecathy, I copied the url for the image of the shoes and did a google search. The shoes are from a company selling on Amazon. The shoes were more expensive than Sweetiecathy's price, but had good reviews. I searched Sweetiecathy on Amazon, and got nothing. If you see an ad from a company you have never heard of with prices too good to be true, check reviews on Trust Pilot first. Also do a google search of the image url.

We ordered the vortex illusion rug premium 3D. The rug we received did not look like the one we ordered. No illusion at all. I could not find a phone number for the site. Sent an email to the company - no response but they claim they will respond between 24-48 hours. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RETURN POLICY. Buyer Beware!!!!

I ordered:
1 pair of tactical pants
and
1 pair of tactical shorts
I received 2 pair of tactical pants
size ordered was XL (36"-38")
waist actual size just 36" waist
I was unable to order any particular inseam so I now have to get the pants shortened.
The extra cost makes these pants not a bargain.
The zippers on the pants is of inferior quality
The material in inferior and there is no reinforcing of critical areas.
I cannot recommend these pants to other buyers.

This site is a scam. Got wrong product email them twice no response. Notified Spotify who runs web site and they did nothing either. Lost 100 dollars.

I ordered two clothing items for my husband: long pants in size 34w x 32L, and shorts in size L. These are the sizes he normally wears. The pants came in a bag with an XL sticker: the pants fit, but there is nothing XL about a 34 Waist x 32 Length pant. The shorts came in a bag with an L sticker: the shorts are too tight at the waist and around the legs. My guess is that their XL size shorts would fit my husband. Someone on their end should have spotted the issue and adjusted the order accordingly or contacted me for clarification. I would return the shorts but for the return policy that requires me to pay for shipping back to China. Clearly the company has a sizing issue in its clothing. I'm giving the company the lowest rating because it needs to make changes to its sizing charts, and it needs to pay for returns.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE! Be aware that the return address is in CHINA, and the postage will likely be more than the cost of your items. It's a scam.
