The product we received was high quality standards - and we received it quickly after purchasing. But what really stood out for me was the excellent support we received. We found out that the size we ordered was a bit small and even though we contacted support after 30 days on receiving the product, they were happy to exchange it for not extra cost. This is good and reliable service. Thank you guys!

The support has been the best. I ordered the wrong size of 11.5 but after receiving them realized I needed size 12 and Sandy was the greatest in seeing that I got the right size, and the service was quick. I am in a Golf
league in Las Vegas and I will definitely promote these shoes to my friends.

Sweetiecathy has been very helpful when ordering shoes from them, I ordered my husband 2 pr, they fit him perfect. The shoes I ordered for myself where too large. They told me I could reorder my shoes for the price of shipping and keep the ones I had. They only charged me $14.99 for shipping, very satisfied with their service. Very timely answering my emails.

In spite of the overwhelmingly negative comments, I have to say that they delivered promptly and the product is good quality.

I ordered the drawstring make-up bag. It is quite large, as depicted, and good quality.

The shoes they sent me are cheaply made and smell awful. The stink like industrial plastic. The fit is small for these shoes. They took 3 weeks to arrive. On the plus side, the color is close to expected and they are light weight. Update. After two weeks sitting out to "air" the shoes still smell bad, not AS bad, but bad. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES and thank me later.

I had recently ordered some pants from your site that I was excited to purchase, but unfortunately when I received them they were the wrong size as you could imagine I was disappointed with myself. I reached out to your customer service support team and to my surprise I was blown away by the excellent Customer service I received. I was instructed on how to get the right size and product but I myself had some difficulty on doing it. I was taken step by step and with great patience and professionalism, never have I experienced such amazing support the way I did. I truly take my hat off and wish every customer service support team would follow your lead. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who wants to purchase anything. Finally received my shoes, nothing like advertised. Bought 2 pairs fit totally different, comfort and quality not the some. Loss of 💰 went straight to the garbage. Will not get anything from this place anymore or recommend to anybody. Shut it down and I will help.

Scam,well, not completely but when all is said and done...Scam!
I ordered a sweater which actually had a nice design but when I removed it from the plastic bag there were loose threads everywhere! Then I tried it on it was way too small for a large. But what really bothered me was that the sweater had two fully functional pockets that were sewn shut for some incomprehensible reason.
After a lot of haggling back and forth by email they eventually refunded my $47 and told me to keep the sweater.
Which was a satisfactory result but I will never deal with them again and would advise anyone else not to either. I achieved the result by telling my story, as it unfolded, on Google play and the Apple store which they didn't appreciate but made them eventually relent and give me a refund after first proffering several very unsatisfactory offers.

The response from SWEETIE CATHIE is priceless. I order no pants from this company! I did order 2 pairs of pants from another company (but not in the bizarre sizes indicated because I’m a large, not a small or a 3xl🤪). In any event I canceled those orders after checking up the company online(btw that was almost 2 MONTHS AGO!!!). I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if these two companies are connected because they both have terrible service. Dealing with Sweet Cathie has reminded me of an important motto: Caveat Emptor

Awful, awful. Pants not true to size. Poor quality. Belts do not even fit through belt loops. And don’t even try to get your money back! This company needs to go away!

Shoes do not fit even though they are marked the. right size.T he quality is so poor I would not wear them if they actually fit. I won’t my money back!
