THE very worst. Shoes are total crap. When you ask for a refund, they say they will send you 40% andyou can keep the shoes (I got 2 pairs). Then they say they have no US warehouse to send them to. They were shipped from New Jersey, and their own ad says warehouses in US, Asia, etc. I will fight them tooth and nail. SCAM of the highest kind!

How I wish I had read this before ordering anything from these thieves! One of the shoes they sent was defective, had I tried to wear them I would have broken my ankle! They expected me to return it to them in China at my expense!! They are rude, and are going to attempt to rip you off and send you much inferior products.

The product received doesn't even come close to what is shown on the photo from the website. Very poor quality. I'm glad I only ordered one item to test it out. It's just another scam from the biggest country in Asia!

This company must be a scam, I ordered a product that was advertised completely wrong, it does not present anything shown on the page - now I am fighting with the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced (insulting me, answering me without respect, with sarcasn and taking ages to even answer at all, all in order to not give me the money back. FAKE FAKE FAKE, this company should be forbidden, SCAM that tries to trick people all around the globe.

Unfortunately, my wife ordered some "privacy fencing" and when I realized, I checked the supplier reviews. Sure enough, they were all bad but there was no way to cancel the order and get money back.
Now the fencing has been delivered, it seems to have been designed for a dolls house, not a real one.
Please don't buy from this company if you value your hard earned cash.

got wrong size shoes. they didn't want them back and after going round and around with them. they said they would refund 1/2 cost. never saw a penny back. TOTAL THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

I took a chance and ordered several pair of pants from this company. They were actually nice, and even though the sizing was strange, they fit. I gave them another shot and ordered three pairs of similar shorts, again with the strange sizing as outlined by the company.
They are so much to big, they are useless.
THEN I read the the return policy. You have to send them back to China, $$$, and they claim they might not get them-

They are really good people, and went through a lot to get me the right shorts.
It’s taken some time to get the sizing down. They’re clothing is high quality and built to last, as well as being well designed.

The "medium" fleece leggings, were perhaps a China medium, but XS here, so no way my wife could fit in them.
Took forever to get here, as from the chinese manufacturer direct, not the website.
Wanted to make it right, but wanted more money for transport first and ignored my follow up requests and suggestions to send to an address of mine in Shanghai.
I think avoid is best.

As with the majority of the previous reviews here for Sweetiecathy, a very bad experience. Took 45 days to receive leggings and found they sent size mediums and not smalls which were requested. Said they would resolve the issue by sending two more pair (smalls) at my cost for shipping, I refused and wanted a refund they said return shipping would be my responsibility. I told them why should I have to pay more for their mistakes. I ended up with 25% of my money back and two pair of leggings which do not fit.

I have not received two of the items I ordered. I spent 175.00 and currently I am out 96.00 in addition to not being able to gift two of the items I purchased due to horrible quality. I have contacted them twice with no response. The company is out of China which is very deceptive from the website sweeticathy. They are very deceptive and to them I say shame on you all!!!!

Ordered two pair of leggings. It took forever for them to arrive. When they did arrive, they were high waters. Contacted the company, they are non-responsive unless you contact them regularly. They said they would send two new pair, but I would have to pay for shipping. Didn't sound like a good deal to me, as I was afraid, since the two I received were high waters, that the two pair they would send, would be as well. They finally agreed to refund half my money, if i agreed, I have sent them multiple emails agreeing to a partial refund and they have yet to refund me, nor contact me back.
Don't get scammed by them, like I did.

I ordered a pair of winter shoes and one cashmere fleece inside legging, arrived after 14 days. But the sizes are very smaller than what they advertised on their website. I mean their sizing chart won’t match their garments and shoes sizes. I have not even worn them yet because of the size issue. It was very disappointing, because I live in the most coldest place and it’s already peak winter, I need good and suitable stuff for the harsh weather. I spent little over 66 dollars and not able to wear them, they are just lying like that in my closet.

I sent an email to the Sweetiecathy company but no one responded yet. Looks like they are just ignoring. And there is no other way to contact them other than sending an email. What a cheap company! Just sell something and least bothered about customer’s needs/ concerns/experience/ problem. I don’t even think they care this review!

Like others writing negative reviews, I was unaware that this was an inferior Chinese company. I received a pair of shoes that are too large and the "customer service" representative tells me that they would like to send me a different size but the shipping is too expensive so, if I pay the shipping they will send another pair and I do not have to return the first pair. Examining the product reveals this is typical junk from China and will not withstand two months of wear. I recommend that no one should ever consider buying anything from this website, SweetieCathy (or any other product from China). I wish I had seen the reviews prior to purchasing ... I also suggested that they just simply refund my purchase price instead - never got an answer (no surprise).
UPDATE: I finally got an answer - they offered a 40% refund! I countered with 100% and explained that was the normal way of business in USA. I received a reply to my counter - "We also spent a lot of money on advertisement, shipping,and product fee.
100% refund is too much for us. If you return our shoes and we will refund the total money to you." (Except for the shipping!)

I have decided to put the size 11 shoes in my next garage sale. Any Offers? Mind you, depending on how they are worn, I would expect them to last a few months (maybe longer if used as slippers).

Do not buy from them located in China..never received merchandise due to "Covid" Supposedly package in two different places in the same state in which i live. Promised credit, notifications and have not received merchandise ..6 weeks! Someone sent me their link as they wanted a Christmas present from Sweetiecathy..Never again

Scam company from China. Terrible customer service and non existent return policy. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. Received shoes in the wrong size (don’t get me started on how long it took to get them). I emailed them hours after I placed order telling them I needed a different size than ordered. They emailed back verifying they received my request and would send the correct size. Wrong size came. I emailed them asking to exchange for correct size they said I would have to pay return shipping of $14.90. I questioned why I should have to pay shipping since they received the correct size info and still sent wrong size. They then said I could keep the wrong size shoes and wear thick socks with them and they could give me a partial refund. Who does business this way? Scam company from China. Save your money.

Bought the cute boots with lace ups on the back. Took a month to get them. They are functional but a cheap imitation of what they show online. Never buy from them again.
