The candy is really good. Better than in the United States. I did get what I ordered. Only downside is the boxes are very flimsy so I would only recommend ordering the bags because the buckets crack open in transit also they don’t have very many sour sweets right now the other ones aren’t quite as good. It’s worth buying though if you have the extra money for the shipping.

Pick your favourites and get them delivered right to your door. Hassle free, value for money.

Consistency, is what I get from SMM. If I need high quality pick and mix for a work event or a holiday treat, I know where to go. managed to source Halloween themed sweets ready for a work event in good time, swift delivery and saved the day after another supplier let me down.

If a sweet is out of stock they’ll give you a pretty unrelated sweet instead sometimes

Definitely avoid if you’re picky about your sweets but if you don’t mind having half the bucket be something you didn’t choose then it is a pretty good sweet store

missing the vegan bag and the video of packaging, 500g bag was open, candy from the bucket was replaced with other candies without warning.

I was sent 2kg of the falsely named fruitella duo stix but where actually a completely bad tasting different version of hilal chews,so learnt by my mistake and gave them to the local kids group because I couldn't eat them.oh was a fair price and quick delivery which made it even more annoying.

Not 5 because the delivery charge to shetland is ridiculous, you send by royal mail and charge a premium because I'm in the isles. Mainland or isles is charged the same by royal mail regardless, probably my last purchase which is unfortunate as your good product.

Used to use these alot but my recent order took ages to pack and in the end i contacted them to cancel. Funny enough the next morning i received notification its on its way. NOT ACCEPTABLE and this will be the last time i use this company, there's plenty more that do the same. The reviews tell you a story aswell!

Absolute Disgrace for what arrived the sweets were delayed 5 weeks and half the sweets are gone off. There is sweets in the bucket that i didnt order and for the price its just not worth it. its not about the money its just a lack of quality and care for the customers will never be buying again Would AVOID. Absolute Scam!!

Both boxes were broken when delivered sweets were thrown away. You should stop using DPD for international deliveries.

But very costly if you live in the US

Took 2 weeks to deliver and one of the three items I ordered were missing, so was a bit of a shame. They did refund it but was a bit underwelmed.

Made two orders in the last month.
First order was 3kg of pick and mix. Small issue that got rectified. Delivery weas faster than they first said.
2nd Order just a kg. Dispatched same day.
Seems new owners have sorted lots of issues. Not the cheapest place but the selection is much larger than other sites.
