Constant bombarding of emails & texts

Thank you for leaving a review, your feedback is important to us. I am very sorry to hear that you felt bombarded by our communications, we send out reminders because switching utilities is important to keep you on a tariff best suited to your needs. Our emails come with an unsubscribe button to give you the option to stop receiving communications from us. Please let me know if you did do this but continued to receive communications and I will speak to our team to find out how this could have happened.
