To clarify, our live chat service has been removed so that our support team can focus on providing faster and more attentive assistance via our telephone and email channels. As a result, the chat function will display as unavailable.

Regarding your enquiry, when you contacted our sales team, you were advised that proof of identity is required before international calling can be enabled on an account. A member of our support team then followed up by email within minutes, providing instructions on how to activate this feature. When you subsequently contacted us again, we explained that these verification requirements have always been in place and also outlined the process should you wish to cancel your service.

We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we can confirm that assistance was provided promptly through multiple channels and in line with our security procedures.

We value all customer feedback and are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations.

We take reports of unauthorised transactions very seriously. Following our investigation, the account associated with these charges has been closed.

If you believe your card details have been used fraudulently, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider as soon as possible to report the transactions and request a chargeback. They will be able to investigate the matter and advise on any further action required.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we do not agree with the claims made.

Our records show that your cancellation request was received on 11th February, and a cancellation email was sent to you the same day. When you advised that you were not satisfied, we asked for further details so we could understand and help resolve any concerns, but no further explanation was provided.

As explained in our cancellation email, accounts are subject to a 30-day notice period. When you requested immediate cancellation and queried the final charge, we confirmed that the final 30-day notice payment was required to close the account. As this payment had already been made, we closed the account that same day.

We did not receive any further contact from you after this exchange, so we were disappointed to see this review several months later. We take all feedback seriously, but we strongly reject any suggestion that we use predatory practices or prevent customers from cancelling.

We're sorry to hear that you've been unhappy with both the service and your recent experience with your account renewal.

Having reviewed your account, we can confirm that the service was purchased directly through our website and that the annual subscription was set up on a recurring basis in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted during sign-up. These terms explain the renewal process, notice period requirements, and how subscription payments are collected.

We understand that billing disputes can be frustrating. Following your contact with our team, we reviewed your case and, as a gesture of goodwill, issued a refund for 11 months of the renewed annual subscription, despite annual agreements not normally being eligible for refunds. Your account is now scheduled to close on 12 June 2026, allowing access for the remaining paid period.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the service itself and will ensure it is shared with the relevant team. If you have any further questions about your account, please contact our support team directly and we'll be happy to assist.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disruptive call quality issues can be, particularly when they impact conversations with your customers.

After reviewing your case, we can see that our support team worked with you to gather information needed to investigate the reported call dropouts, including recent call examples and network testing results. Some of this information was received over a period of time, which unfortunately delayed the investigation, as our technical team relies on current call examples and diagnostic data to identify the cause of issues.

That said, we also recognise that we could have done more to progress the matter internally and improve communication throughout the process. Having reviewed the case, we've identified opportunities to strengthen how similar issues are escalated and investigated, and this feedback has been shared with the relevant teams.

We're disappointed that we weren't able to reach a resolution before you chose to close your account and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
