Thanks for your review. We're sorry for the confusion with your gas meter reading.

We're glad the switch was completed, but we understand your concern that the new supplier only mentioned the electricity reading and not the gas. Our team has looked into this and confirmed that your energy supplier now has both of your meter readings. There's nothing more you need to do.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear that you feel your concerns weren’t addressed - that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it can be if our response didn’t fully engage with the points you raised.

As an automated switching service, we work to keep members on the most competitive tariff available to them at the time. While we don’t control the tariffs suppliers choose to offer, and this can sometimes mean switching within the same supplier, our role is to monitor the market and handle the process on your behalf.

We take feedback seriously, especially where a customer feels unheard. If you’re willing to share a little more detail about what we missed, we’ll review it carefully and respond more thoroughly.
