We’re really sorry to hear about this experience. Our service is designed to switch members automatically so they don’t miss out on better deals, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see a switch go ahead after you’d asked us not to.

Our team processed your cancellation request promptly, but unfortunately the supplier didn’t action it in time. We can see that this has now been resolved and your Switchd account is on hold, so you can be assured that no further switches will be made without your confirmation.
