Had an issue with my boiler system and was extremely impressed with the response and the resolution of the issue which was not caused by Swft or their original installation.

I recently had solor panels installed by Swyft Energy. From the moment that I met with their representative at the door I was met with professionalism and courtesy. He made the whole process so easy. I would highly recommend them. I also state their tradesmen and fitters worked to such a high standard that you would hardly know they were in the house. They kept us informed every step of the way .

I ordered my solar panels through Swyft energy and from start to finish a fantastic company to deal with. Only issue I had was the Electrican was delayed in attending so that held me up a few days but the company was in touch and kept me up to date. Through the process I was dealing with Hamza and if I owned a company I would love to have him working in it, he was top class.

I found the whole experience from initial contact to the instillation very excellent.

We are very satisfied with the completion of the installation of the Solar Panels, from the first meeting we had with Isaac, to the switch-on of the Panels. We are satisfied with the subsequent follow up information supplied re the functionality of the APP.

We had a 10 panel system installed in early October this year. From the initial enquiry to installation the process was very easy. We dealt with Chris Leahy in the Cork office he was a pleasure to deal with answering all and any questions we had and there were many. The lads who did the installation and the Electricians were excellent. The follow up from Chris was excellent We would highly recommend if you are considering getting a system installed Give Chris a call.

I reached out to this company through their website to get a gas boiler installed. They sent me an email and even called, which seemed promising at first. However, when their specialist came over, they didn’t provide any clear information, and I never heard back from them after that. It left me feeling like the company isn’t well-organized or capable of delivering the services they offer. Honestly, I’m really disappointed.

Couldn't fault Swyft throughout the whole experience. The price was on par with other companies but from start to finish they were great to deal with. Isack sorted everything out for us, the installers were here and gone in half a day as were the electricians, and they all did an unreal job. Couldn't really recommend them more.

Delivering communication delivery delays could be quicker, I found out about the delivery delay when I rang swift at noon on Monday October 6th the day before scheduled delivery to find out, that they were not coming on the Tuesday October 7th

They promise you the world when selling the product, but once the sale is done, there's complete silence. After-sales service is non-existent, and the customer has to chase them to get any issues resolved. And this is only one month after installation!

Swyft Energy were very professional through the entire process from start to finish. They Did what they said they would do on time and with integrity. The first install team doing the Panel installation worked very hard and overcame several barriers to complete an excellent installation.
And the electrical team followed a day later to complete the electrical works and commission the system and were able to answer all of my many questions with ease. I am now selling power to the grid. Highly Recommend Swyft energy for your solar panel installation.

Highly recommend Swyft Energy if you are thinking of getting solar panels. We had an initial survey carried out by Patrick and a couple of weeks later, the installation team installed 10 x solar panels.

Nathan and his team fitted the panels and the electricians Niall and Ciaran were here the same day. Both teams were excellent and answered any questions on the day.

I dealt with Aoife in the office who rang the week before installation to go through everything and was able to help with any other queries after installation.

BER survey was also carried out after installation (free of charge) and our house is up to an A3 rating.

Good price, great service, and we already recommended to one of our neighbours who has since had solar panels installed.

Very fast & extremely experienced staff. I would highly recommend getting solar panels. They did a brilliant job.

The lads did a great job. They left my house cleaner than the way they found it. Electrician's, roofers all did great job. As for the grant and all the administration, Swyth did everything. I actually did very little (nothing).Last but not least they where the cheapest. I shopped around and Swyft used the best equipment and came in with the best price. Thanks very much Swyft great job. 👍

From the moment I contact customer service about getting the Solar panels in, The professional service that I received all the guys, from people on the offices to the guys that came out to do the actual work, roofers/electricians has been excellent. I 100% recommend Swyft Energy to any one, everything was explain to me, from what exactly would suit me. One of the Best Customer Services team I have dealt with in a very very long time.

I appreciated Swyft's quick responses to enquiries and the helpfulness of both staff and appointed installers.

So far the panels, inverter etc seem to be doing a great job but we almost opted out because of poor communication between the offices and the engineers. Engineers showing up and not knowing where things were agreed to be placed and advising us against things that were agreed on with the sales person and office. On top of that a friend who referred me was supposed to receive a referral fee which still hasn’t happened well over a month later. Very disappointing service.
