An all round great company to deal with and all involved from sales to installation guys to the electricians were very professional and very sociable, overall a great swyft process all done within a week.

I had 16 panels installed plus an Inverter abd a 5KW battery installed in August 2025

Overall impression is good. The installers turned up when they said they would, and the system works. It does the job it was supposed to do which is to more or less emininate my reliance on the Grid for energy...at least in the Summer months. Too early to comment on Winter months.

Everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable and seemed to know their business.

One issue I had was that the installation didn't complete in one day, and it took three weeks for them to come back and finish it. Their crews are busy so if a job is incomplete it may take a while to tie up the loose ends. Swyf could have had better communications with me about exactly when they would come back to finish the wiring, but we got it all sorted in the end.

It is neat and tidy workmanship and most importantly it works. My electricity dependence on the Grid is down 95% in the month of August. I am sure the Winter months will be less but will wait and see.

I may revert to them to buy another 5KW battery, as I may have gone a bit light with only one 5KW battery, given that I have 16 panels. My average daily usage us about 9 KW units and it kind of appeals to me to have a battery big enough to cater for a full day's usage. As it is, the 5KW battery is charged to 100% by lunch time most days in August. So I reckon I could handle more battery capacity, at least for 5/6 months of the year.

Sitting at home at the moment, no solar power since June 1st. Sonnen inverter has failed for the 2nd year in a row. Had major issue with installation which dragged on due due poor planning , 3 attempts made to install in Summer of 2022. Lost June & July in 2024 due to faulty inverter. Now out again since May 31st this year. Technician visited in July said inverter has failed again. , no further follow up despite my communication. Horrific customer service. I am out of pocket to the tune of over 13k. I have lost all confidence in this companies ability to honor their warranties and service obligations.

Once I sought an on line quotation I found this company excellent to deal with. They immediately followed up with a phone call to explain their quotation, type of product supplied, efficiency of same, works process, duration of time, payment guidelines & timeframes, without at any stage pressurising me into accepting or signing up to them doing the works. Roofer & Electrical teams turned up as scheduled on time, I found each team very efficient, worked straight through to finish each day, explained everything to me in lay mans terms & very obliging when it came to minor issues that could have halted the installation, excellent all round. They got me set up on the app, commissioned the system & completed all documentation before they left. Likewise, I found the office staff very helpful, keeping me abreast of works & documentation guidelines & always available to take a phone call. Their products are of very good quality & the installed system is working very well. I have already recommended this company to others & will continue to do so.

From the first contact to the final commissioning Swyft were excellent, clear in their answers to my many queries, not pushy on the selling, met their delivery targets. Could not find fault with any aspect of their service.

Swyft made the boiler upgrade very easy. Good communication from first enquiry, clear explanation of options and efficient, professional work by engineer, followed by timely action on follow-up. The presence of a tiny pre-existing leak caused some minor concern, which required the engagement of a separate expert company.

Swyft energy are very easy to deal with and they provide a very good service.

The fitting team from start to finish were excellent , a mix up by the company with the installation date put the project back by two weeks, but overall we are very happy with the outcome

initial and subsequent contacts with your adviser were very helpful. On the day of installation the crew were very quick very clean and very nice to deal with. I have no complaints so far and to be honest the savings were immediate

Great tidy installation by roof and electricians. Well done. Still something outstanding from central office and independent BER engineer was not customer focused, sadly.

Everything went better than expected! Sales Engineer Patrick developed a proposal which, although a bigger investment than anticipated, offered far more value for money than competitive quotes. Aoife communicated and followed up diligently in preparing us for the installation, which was done within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. The installation team of roofers, Jann and colleague, and electricians, Niall and Kieran, were very pleasant and professional and helpful. Job completed and up and running in 2 days.

Easy friendly staff that offered good advice during and after installation, helped get the right set up and peace of mind.

I knew nothing about how Solar PV panels worked, how they produce electricity during daylight hours even late at night 21:30pm and during grey and rainy days.

It was all alien to me, the different components of a PV installation, how they worked and what I actually needed.

I filled in four enquiries on line, and I had four assessments with quotes to compare, one of which was from Swyft Energy.

It started with an Engineer called Jacob from Swyft Energy who came to my property for a Solar PV assessment, and he introduced me to Hamza in their office, who is their Senior Sales Executive.
I received a quote sent by email from their Team Swyft shortly after.

I gathered my quotes and tried to understand what they were offering, and that is when I turned to Hamza.

Hamza helped me choose and supported me with replies to all my questions along the way.
Nothing was too much trouble.

And as I placed the order, Team Swyft continued with their professional support with the SEAI grant application.

I was kept informed at all times.

Team Swyft sent the microgeneration notification NC6 form, to the ESB Networks of my Solar PV installation, and ESB registered this installation on my property.

Team Swyft also organised the visit by a BER assessor after the Solar PV panels had been installed and commissioned, and the new upgraded BER certificate was published.

My installation and BER rating has surpassed all my expectations and Team Swyft’s human touch has given me peace of mind.

I am very happy and I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their ‘Swyft’ i
installation and my ability at all times to speak to a person when it really mattered.

Finally:
I received an email from the Solar PV Team at SEAI, that my Solar PV grant payment has been approved for payment and €1,800.00 will be paid towards the installation of Solar PV.

Super service throughout....good communication, the instructions for things I needed to do were clearly spelled out and easy to follow. The installation team were great, very neat job. I'm delighted with the whole install.

An excellent company to deal with from Jacob who went through the whole process of what we required for our solar panels. Chris in the sales team was very informative and great to deal with. The installation took two days and the workman ship done by both Arran and Gareth was excellent I couldn't fault this company from beginning to end. Very competitive quote. I would highly recommend Swyft if you are looking for Solar Panels.

I had been considering moving to solar energy for some time but was not sure it was viable for me. I contacted Swyft Energy to arrange a meeting to discuss the project.The sales person was really helpful and clearly answered any question/worries I had before deciding to install solar panels.
Once I committed to a contract the process was very efficient and I had excellent support from the office staff and the installation team.
Everything went very smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. My system is now up and running and is even better that I expected.
