The company that shipped you the parcels in Bulgaria is disaster. When you want to return back the order the CMR that is sent in the box is not valid. You need to send a picture of the CMR to ask the DHLâsubcontracter to issue you a CMR and then to go and return back the order. This takes times and itâs very inconvenient having mind that pay a lot of money for clothes and shoes. The service is disaster,
