Site à éviter – pratiques préoccupantes.
Deux commandes de sneakers passées et payées le 26/12 et le 27/12.
Les montants ont été encaissés immédiatement.
Peu après, le site me contacte pour m’informer que l’une des paires n’était pas disponible dans la couleur commandée.
Malgré cela, j’accepte le changement proposé, faisant preuve de souplesse et de bonne foi.
Depuis :
❌ Aucune expédition
❌ Aucun numéro de suivi
❌ Aucune information fiable
Contact du service client le 03/01 : réponse me demandant d’« attendre le 05/01 ».
Nous sommes le 06/01 : rien n’a été envoyé et le service client ne répond plus du tout.
Sans l’ouverture d’un litige PayPal, il est impossible d’obtenir une réponse ou une solution.
➡️ Commandes encaissées depuis plus de 10 jours sans livraison
➡️ Article non conforme à la commande initiale
➡️ Délais non respectés
➡️ Communication trompeuse
➡️ Service client inexistant
Ce type de comportement est extrêmement inquiétant pour un site de vente en ligne.

Lieferzeit mit 11 Tagen etwas zu lang
11 Tage hatte es gebraucht bis zur Auslieferung. Doch recht lange Zeit. Dennoch eine super Ware und sehr gut verpackt. Hoffe das es halt ein Original Artikel ist den ich zu einem guten Preis gekauft habe.

Symbol è un sito fantastico. Ho acquistato una gonna di Dolce e Gabbana e mi hanno supportato su WhatsApp in maniera ineccepibile per rispondere ad ogni mia domanda/ dubbio. La gonna è arrivata ma era troppo larga per me. Mi hanno permesso di fare il cambio con la tg 38 riservandomi la gonna. Io sono una persona esigente che compra solo cose firmate e posso dire che sono stati eccezionali!!!

The order is true to the original brand, size, and color; the packaging is intact and well-packaged; delivery takes quite a while due to shipping times.
The website is comprehensive with several clearly labeled options; the service is good, even through WhatsApp; thanks to the end-of-season sales, prices are finally reasonable, even for the best Italian brands.

Smoothe experience
I bought a shirt from Ann Demeulemeester. I love her fashion and was very pleased to find this shirt I'd been looking for for ages on the Symbol site, and for a reasonable price at that. The site is quite helpful, I found the perfect fit immediately, and the handling of the order details was easy and secure. My order arrived promptly, too, and I was kept posted about its progress the whole time. Very nice experience, will be back for more!
