Tacticalpay レビュー

Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.

Tactical pay is awesome! Very customer service oriented. Definitely recommend for any outdoors or firearm related transactions. Kyle and Heather are just amazing, always there to support my business. Would recommend to any business owner as they are responsive and trustworthy.

My onboarding and success coordinator Kyle was incredibly helpful and gave quick, timely, and detailed information. Very nice.

Top notch on every level. I highly recommend this processor. We've been doing this a long time and never had come across such a professional and easy to work with company in the industry.

Nathan was absolutely great to work with getting everything set up for me. It's nice to have a person willing to take the time to walk you through things and explain things along the way. I really appreciate you.

Kyle King has always been awesome anytime I have a problem. He is friendly and easy to talk to, like one of the guys. I can be honest with him when I don't know things, and he can break it down for me as a buddy would.

Setup was quick and easy. Kyle was excellent, professional, and knowledgeable.

Nathan was great! Bent over backwards to help me get what I was looking for. Didn’t quit until we had it completed!

Nate and Kyle have been a huge pleasure to work with. Kyle even went out of his way to help me do the PCI compliance which no other company has done. It’s been a great experience so far.

I've had the system for a bit and finally got things in order to open shop. A few hick-ups along the way but Cristine was absolutely a dream that always came through for me. Cristine has walked me through several procedures and ensured that I could operate my store system effectively. Always kept in touch and relayed information quickly. A+ in my opinion. Honestly.

Nathan has always responder my emails and calls in a timely manner. He always seems genuine and honest. He has taking time to explain everything in a way I can understand. Weather the issue is my fault or not someone has always been able to take care or the problem or task at hand.

Nathan and Kyle do an outstanding job servicing our acct

TacPay has been rock solid and due to how well Nathan and Kyle take care of our acct I send folks to them when they need solid reliable processing like I get from yall

Kyle was awesome. He walked a knucklehead like me through the process of getting the plug-in installed on my website. Can't give high enough praise.

Kyle's really quick to help you, I hope Tactical Pay gives him a raise and more PTO.

Kyle King reached out and handed my issue quickly.

Kyle is always there to answer any of our questions. Rates are more then fair and a great platform.

very easy process. Awesome people and service
response time is top notch. The on boarding was professional and fun. we had some laughs. Kyle is very knowledgeable in the firearms world. Processors are hard to come by for gun businesses . I've had a few and so far this one is the best experience I've ever had. thank you.

The customer support really drove home the great experience! Combine that with the great deal I received VS my other payment processor, it's a no brainer. 10/10 would recommend.

Every question I had was answered and explained very well.

Nathan Vanderpoel was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was extremely attentive to all the details and most importantly he followed up constantly. He was in contact with me at all hours and a number of late hours. His time was utilized effectively and efficiently. I would hire him in a second!

Look forward to a long relationship
