Wow, a real company with good people!
There are a lot of 2A or FFL / Firearm-friendly Credit Card processors but you can actually talk to these guys. Nathan was honest and got us up and running quickly after another nightmare with PayPal. Definitely recommend these guys! Thanks!

Why is 10 stars not available? Kyle and his team are great to work with and very knowledgeable. The setup process was super easy and the solution just works. I would highly recommend TacticalPay to any business looking for an affordable merchant solution.

Kyle King is the best to work with!
I really enjoy how everything is interlinked together with FFL BOSS and FFL BOSS POS.
Kyle King with AltruPay/TacticalPay is the icing on the cake, he's been absolutely outstanding to work with. He's straightforward and easy to reach.
It's rare these days to have someone local who actually answers the phone and speaks clearly.
Not a 3rd world call center, no confusion, just real support from someone who gets it.
He treats me as a partner and not just another processing account.
I highly recommend Kyle for anyone needing honest, reliable credit card processing support.

Great Experience
The experience was great! Everyone I talk to was willing to help and go the extra mile. Tactical Pay was far easier to setup and so far, very user friendly compared to the others I have tried.

Kyle is king
My 5 star rating is specifically for Kyle. My company got off to a Rocky start with Tactical Pay with another rep due to not all info being relayed or put in writing. I chock that up as simple miscommunication, not anything nefarious or intentionally deceptive.
Kyle was sent in to save the account, as I was basically out the door. Kyle has done a fandamtastic job will clarifying, communicating, correcting, and onboarding. Folks, when Kyle says he is there for you--take it to the damn bank, because he is!!

Great Customer Service
Kyle King has done extremely well with onboarding and being extremely knowledgeable. Gave very detailed instructions on many of the processes I was having challenges setting up Tactical Pay on my new website! They truly are a great industry partner for any and all FFLs
