Hi Shelly, unfortunately, your order didn't pass our security checks so the money has been refunded to the card used and the items weren't actually shipped.

slow shipping. Product as advertised.
Only complaint is how long the shipping took. Otherwise my son is satisfied with this gifted purchase.

Top quality products, Awful shipping
Top quality products. Atrocious shipping. I have made 3 separate orders with all arriving double the 14 days maximum they mention. I am yet to receive my latest order too which I ordered a month ago. It’s a shame because I love their products a lot. They really need to work on that shipping if they want to go far.

Awful shipping
Ordered a durag on Black Friday, still have not received it which is problematic considering it is supposed to be a Christmas present. I am not happy at all, especially since I paid extra for better shipping.

Awesome company
I ordered a pair of jeans from this site for my boyfriend. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I noticed once I received the jeans. The jeans were exactly as pictured and the size I ordered for my boyfriend were actually in my size, so I can speak to them being true to size as well. They were good quality material and a little stretchy so probably comfy. I needed to exchange them for the right size. I made a couple mistakes on my end in this process and my rep Makayla STILL helped me. She responded extremely quickly to each email and was the most helpful rep I’ve worked with. I’d definitely recommend this company for their quality of product, fast shipment, and amazing customer service. Thanks!

Hey Regina, we'd like to formally apologise for how long delivery took, we do advertise our shipping times of 7-14 business days max but your order was delivered a day outside of that time due to the time of year, our shipping times have been delayed much more than expected but this is not reflective of our usual shipping times and we appreciate you shopping with us.
