We understand your comment about the pillow being a bit flatter than expected. Based on your description, it sounds like you purchased our Flat Latex Pillow (Low Profile), which is specially designed for stomach sleepers. This pillow is intentionally made thinner than our other styles to help reduce neck strain and maintain a more natural spinal alignment when sleeping face down.
For stomach sleepers, a lower-profile pillow is generally recommended because a higher pillow can cause the neck to bend backward excessively, leading to discomfort over time. That said, we completely understand that comfort preferences are personal, and the “right” height can vary from person to person.
If after using it for a few more nights you feel you would prefer a slightly higher pillow, we would be more than happy to provide guidance on alternative options that may better match your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priorities at Talatex.

Regarding the longer delivery time, we understand how important timely delivery is and are continuously working to improve logistics in every region. As for the firmness label, your feedback is extremely helpful — we’ve noted that the firmness level was not visible on the packaging, and we are actively reviewing our labeling system to make this information clearer for future deliveries.

In terms of sizing, we understand that a 40 cm width may feel different if you're used to a 50 cm pillow. We do offer other sizes and shapes, and we’d be happy to help you find a better fit next time.

At Talatex, we always aim to offer transparent and fair policies. While we do offer a 30-day trial period, we clearly state that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a product quality issue. We understand that €25.40 may feel high for returning two pillows — the fee is determined by the weight, size, and distance of return, and not by Talatex directly. We do not profit from any return shipping.
