El proceso de compra fue sencillo y el envío rápido y sin ningún contratiempo, a pesar de ser un envío internacional. La almohada es una auténtica delicia y desde que duermo en ella ha aumentado mi sueño profundo y me están desapareciendo los dolores de cuello y cabeza. Es una nube que envuelve mi cabeza.

It's been a month since i order, the tracking says the shipment has return to the shipper, since 2 weeks. No replies to mails...

Love the new pillow and will be getting one for my partner for his birthday.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order. The first order was lost in transit so I emailed customer service who assured me they would get a new item shipped. Now they have gone silent on me. It’s been two weeks and they are not responding with a tracking number or anything. At this point if I can’t get confirmation of shipping I want a refund. What a joke! Respond to your customers!

When ordering my pillow, I was undecided between the soft and medium soft. I wanted something soft, but with good support, The Tele tax representative recommended that I try the medium soft.
It’s just what I need, and I appreciate their advice.

I bought a pillow based on what's written in the description also in the purchase confirmation email that I have 30 days trial, so I can return it if I don't feel comfort with it,
When I start using it, I feel like it catch my head, as I'm a side sleeper I don't like this feeling, so I applied for a return request and there were two options 1- the shipping will be managed from talatex side (Talatex will give me an address label) 2- the customer ships the product on his own.

I choose the first option but they send me an email with the return address as text and the steps to return and they request to have a tracking number, so I sent the pillow to that address in Germay from Vienna that costs me 22.71 Euros which is too much.
where I can buy it from amazon and return it for free.

so I don't trust Talatex and will never buy their products anymore

Lovely to sleep on. Really heavy mattress topper. It does move slightly off the bed. But it’s only a single bed. Maybe there should be straps to attach to the mattress. If this review is for the pillow that’s excellent to sleep on, no more stiff neck

Good quality pillows. I initially purchased 2 used for a month and purchased 2 more. There was barely any scent with my pillows so that wasn’t an issue. I did get soft. I personally would have liked a softer feel but close enough. Latex are the only pillows I can use.

The 'Contact Us' details on your website don't provide an Australian phone number. The email you sent me is from a 'No reply' address. The Phone number on your website looks like a UK number - thru Whats app (for Australian customers) and my Whats app doesn't recognise the number so won't connect. The Facebook message board which says hours are "always open" has so far not responded. Responses are overdue on my return - I wouldn't recommend dealing with any Company that doesn't have local contact details and Talatex is certainly in that category - poor customer support

I purchased a flat pillow from talatex.com and their products are amazing.

This is it, the only pillow for the stomach sleepers.
I have tried soo many pillows, Simba, REM-Fit, Dormeo, and many more, always same problem I was suffering from constant neck pain and was tired in the morning.

I finally did long research and found out that ideal pillow for front sleepers is 7cm high, with that information I decided to find the only pillow I will need. When doing research I discovered that Latex is the best material to have your pillow or even mattress made out of, it is much more durable, gives better support, and is eco friendly.

There is not much options of natural latex products in UK but after checking Talatex I decided to give it a go.

Most important - Experience:
First night on the pillow made massive difference even my smartwatch was confused giving me sleep score 91 when usually 80 was max. I felt rested and felt no neck pain.

Summary
If you are a stomach sleeper their flat pillow will be ideal for you. For back and side sleeper go with a little higher profile 11-15 cm.

Best pillows I have ever purchased worth the money I also sleep much better with them

I ordered the 3in queen mattress topper. I had a very difficult time getting it out of the box due to the compression of the topper. Once I got it and let it sit for 24 hrs, I noticed that the topper wasn’t 3in but 2 1/2in. I sent an email and got a response right away. I was told it could take a week for the topper to reach its full height due them compressing it to deliver it. I waited a week. It’s still only 2 1/2in. I have emailed them more at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks(going on three now) without a response. I hope they don’t wait until my 30 day trial is over before they respond. I’m very disappointed and would like the situation rectified immediately.

Pillow arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed! I am sleeping so much better now since it gives me the correct support. Even though the pillow says ‘soft’ it has just the right amount of firmness. Other reviews indicate there is a strong odor, I did not encounter that, used it from day one. Very very happy with this purchase!!

I have not received the pillow. Please let me know when I can expect its arrival.

Had the latex mattress topper for several months now. It's been incredibly comfortable and surprisingly hardly any odor.

I bought two mattress toppers. I got one them later and never opened the box. I wanted to return it but because I miss the deadline by a few days they refused. I got them confused with Dormeo, their competition, who had a 90 day return policy. The item is brand new and unopened. They should have been a lot more reasonable. They probably do not want it back because their product is defective. Worst customer service ever. EXTREMELY disappointed.
