All Talatex pillows are thoroughly inspected and measured before shipment. While we fully respect your feedback, size-related issues are extremely rare, as our products are manufactured under strict quality control. If the item you received is not full size, we genuinely want to investigate and make this right, but we do need supporting details to do so.
2️⃣ Customer Service Response Time
We’d also like to respectfully clarify that Talatex customer support operates Monday to Friday, business hours, as stated clearly on our website.
You contacted us on May 1st (Thursday), and we responded on May 2nd (Friday) and again on May 5th (Monday) — both within normal response windows. Our team does not operate on weekends, so there has been no intentional delay or neglect.

We’re committed to helping you, and we genuinely want to reach a resolution that feels respectful and fair.

You’re absolutely right — our Flat Latex Pillow is designed with a single flat side and minimal loft, making it most suitable for back or stomach sleepers who prefer very low height. That said, we agree that this feature should have been made clearer in our product description, and your feedback is incredibly helpful in pushing us to improve.

If you're still within your 30-night trial window, we’d be happy to assist with an exchange for a higher-loft option — such as our Premium Latex Pillow (Talalay Process) or Contour Latex Pillow, both of which offer more neck support.
