Frequent discounts, always include samples. Tea is vast in range and good quality. Never had an issue ordering from them.

The teas were well presented and the contents of good quality I think. I purchased the sample bags and some of them were very difficult to open. So much so the some of them I cut open and then could not close them using the resealable envelope.

The tea tastes nice but I've found customer services to be very poor. I had an issue with my order once delivered in that I can't use the tins without great difficulty due to disabilities in hands and fingers. I sent an email with no response. I then phoned them to which I was told to send an email with the details. The lady on the phone was trying to help. Two emails later and no response. It's just very stressful trying to get this problem sorted. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if I'm honest if you think you might need customer services. I'd also told them that I forgot to use the 15% off which I thought they would honour but they didn't. Very disappointing experience in my opinion.

I already sent a review a couple of days ago, but happy to write it again. Royal Mail left package in a "safe place" although they did not have such instructions. I came back home late in the evening and the package was soaked. Hopefully the actual tea had a thick layer and was saved, but everything else on the package (samples, leaflets) were very wet. I would advise tea handlers to add extra layers of paper packaging inside the box, especially on rainy days

Bought a couple of Forlife individual teapots and a bag of English Breakfast loose tea from here for my wife (they’re meant to be a present but she’s opened it early! 🙄) , she is very happy with them and the free samples received were also a nice surprise. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Fair price, prompt delivery, biodegradable packaging, colours of teapots perfect, and a little surprise bonus in the box.

Really great website and offers a variety of sized packs to choose from. I use this with a elderflower, meadowsweet and ginger/honey tea to make a great tea blend when I have cold/flu. It's a refreshing brew that I switch to when the usual cuppa isn't quite cutting it! Comes through Royal Mail so got to rely on them. I'll be buying from here again in the future.

Great company, I wouldn’t pay attention to reviews saying there not a real company, I’ve been using them for a while now,as I always buy a few boxes of their teas at Christmas time for my daughter. It always arrives promptly and my daughter loves the teas I get for her. Excellent company

Website was easy to navigate and understand, buying simple and we were updated with delivery details, timings etc. until the order arrived on time.

I just ordered a lot of tea, I live in Germany and wanted something from the UK so I ordered a lot of tea and I am very happy with it, the flavour, the variety and how lovely it smells every time I open one of the tins or boxes! Customs of course had to be payed and won’t be ordering as often as I would like to but I will definitely be ordering again next year! Would be nice if we could get more symbolic “little” gifts when ordering to the EU :p

On time and quality product

Great Customer Service, and great product.
I was looking for a particular blend of tea, sold by another company, that we could no longer get. I emailed several specialists for advice, but only Neerja from Tea People responded and gave me a few suggestions from their range. Turns out not only do we prefer the Tea People's blend, but have also found several other blends of theirs that we like, as do friends and colleagues that we've shared the tea and their website with.

Incredible product packed neatly with a nice touch of telling who packed it.

The packaging for the teas as always is great, especially the metal tins!

The Sleep and Liquorice Mint Toffee teas are favourites of mine and now a staple for me, incredibly fresh and all natural ingredients as well as being delicious.

Very unprofessional

BUYER BEWARE - I ordered a catering pack from this company and it never arrived. I contacted them to show them that my parcel was still out for delivery for 3 months and they said that it had been delivered providing a photo of just a label, no location or context.

Im not sure if this a real company.

I sent them the evidence to show that it wasn’t not delivered. They didn’t investigate.

I put in a claim back to recover my money from this sham company and then received “As you have already put in a charge back claim, we will not be able to offer any further resolution from our side and will be responding directly to your claim.”

The worst green tea I've ever tasted - and I've tasted a lot. I recently bought supposedly 'organic gunpowder green tea' from teapeople.co.uk and it's weak and tasteless. I know my gunpowder green tea, it's my favourite brew, and this stuff is awful, not genuine gunpowder tea in my opinion. Moreover, it doesn't even look like proper gunpowder tea: the leaves aren't rolled into tight pellets as shown in their listing photos. Avoid.
