PrimaLuna DiaLogue…

Recently I ordered PrimaLuna DiaLogue Four power amplifier. Delivery was prepared immediately and delivered in short time. Only some delay was caused by TNT. Very satisfied with service and delivery.
Technology Factory Online Shop is working perfectly.

Completely unprofessional

So far, completely unprofessional. I placed an order in April 2021. I received a confirmation email, money was withdrawn from my account and that's all. I wrote three emails in the meantime requesting some info about my order. After four months, still no answer, nothing.

Geen seconde stijt gehad, dit is wat apparatuur nodig heeft om echt te blinken en te presteren....Shunyata stroom...the way to go
Super advies, altijd eerlijk en zoveel ervaring...super zaak, super mens, super audio.

betreft aanvraag Streamer passend met onze huidige muziek installatie.
We krijgen een directe zelfverzekerd en overtuigend antwoord nml. de Aurender N100SC als top speler.
Er word rekening gehouden met de kwalitatieve DAC dewelke in onze huidige CD accuphase DD500 zit.
Perfecte product is hier voorgesteld en is duidelijk belangrijker dan prijsstelling
Collega's stelden daarentegen Aurender A10 ( met een DAC ) en moesten meer dan 6 maanden wachten ! Onze besparing is € 2.500,00
Levering en aansluiting aan huis te Koksijde !

Tevreden, maar langere leveringstermijn zonder bericht

Mijn (redelijk grote) bestelling werd perfect geleverd, alles was aanwezig. Het enige minpunt was de leveringstermijn. Bij de bestelling kreeg ik het bericht dat de leveringstijd kon oplopen tot 1 maand, omwille van COVID-19. Geen enkel probleem, daar heb ik alle begrip voor. Maar na anderhalve maand had ik nog steeds niets ontvangen, en stuurde ik een mail naar de klantendienst. Ik kreeg daar geen enkele reactie op. Nog eens 2 weken later een 2de mail gestuurd, opnieuw geen reactie. Toevallig kwam mijn bestelling die week wel aan, en kreeg ik een bedankingsmail. Dus uiteindelijk wel tevreden, maar een antwoordje op mijn mails was wel klantvriendelijker geweest.
