Very positive experience, fast delivery, very nice keyboard and integrates perfectly with the front door, its use is very intuitive, opening and closing the door is very convenient, I no longer use the key even the fingerprint recognition works well.

I bought a GO lock, but it doesn't work correctly, it doesn't unlock from the outside only in an emergency way, I contacted support, they answered quickly and I didn't receive any more letters, they didn't offer any solution, since I'm from another country I have no place to go for repairs. What can I say: marketing like a serious company, service like a startup. So far, advertising in this area looks more attractive than reality, nothing is more reliable than a mechanical steel key :) Two more days have passed, but the manufacturer still hasn't gotten in touch. I looked for information on online forums and found that many people are facing a similar problem; it's simply an unreliable product—unfinished and untested. Many people suggest buying additional devices to control it online, but I definitely won’t buy them, because this is an unreliable company selling a half-baked product. A home lock isn’t something that works when it wants to and doesn’t when it doesn’t, and a manufacturer that’s hiding makes it look even worse.
PIN codes are hidden not in the keyboard settings, but in the user rights;
fingerprint menu appears only under certain conditions;
there is no normal “Setup Wizard”;
does not explain the difference between:
owner,
mobile key,
keypad access,
shared user;
the invitation system looks like a business administration panel, not a home lock.
And about the instructions — their knowledge base is very fragmented:
one part about the lock,
another about the keypad,
another about sharing,
but there is no one normal one:
“You bought → create an account → add a lock → add a keypad → create a PIN → create a fingerprint.”
So a week has passed, the manufacturer's support team has not responded anymore. The lock is a complete misunderstanding: it does not unlock automatically, sometimes it recognizes the fingerprint, sometimes it does not. I do not recommend it, a waste of money.I removed the lock because it is an unsafe product.

Honest company, good pricing, fast shipping

I had purchased a tedee pro with a new front door.
Was unable to calibrate the lock as the installer had not installed the lock correctly..
Reached out to Tedee for help and they responded right away with an answer and video showing me how to fix the problem.
The lock works great now!

Ordered modular cylinder with provided form, but accidentally added wrong type as order note. Support caught the mistake, reaching out the next morning to verify compatibility. Correct cylinder was added to order within 0.5h of contact.

Order was shipped the same day and arrived in Germany two working days later. Everything fit and worked perfectly.

Overall great and friendly customer service with very fast delivery.

I tried several different motor locks.
Tedee is in my opinion the best option.
The variable cylinder is just great. Next to zero failure in availability of the service.
Shipping is super fast and support is great.

Ik heb contact opgenomen met support omdat de originele Tedee-oplaadkabel al na ongeveer acht keer gebruiken defect raakte, terwijl deze zorgvuldig werd opgeborgen en maar een paar keer per jaar werd gebruikt. De reactie die ik kreeg was simpelweg dat ik een nieuwe kabel kon kopen.
Als Tedee dit werkelijk normaal vindt voor een originele kabel bij zulk beperkt gebruik, bevestig dat dan alstublieft duidelijk schriftelijk.
Als Tedee dit niet normaal vindt, dan verwacht ik een passende oplossing in plaats van dat ik word doorverwezen naar de aanschaf van een vervangende kabel.
Ik geef u hierbij de gelegenheid om dit te verduidelijken voordat ik besluit mijn ervaring openbaar te delen op Trustpilot.

Update 06-05-2026: ik kan binnenkort de passende oplossing in de brievenbus verwachten, terecht.

from UPS no information directly per Mail on time about:
-where is my package
-problems with delivery
-I had to change the delivery adress to an access point by myself
-this isn't a good service!!
-DHL and amazon are much better!

Habe die Schlösser und Keypad schon einige Jahre und bin super mit Haltbarkeit und Funktion zufrieden

I’ve been using the Tedee Go2 and it works perfectly, doing exactly what the company promises. However, if you want to control the lock from a distance, you definitely need to buy the Bridge, as the lock only uses Bluetooth on its own. I also believe that replacing your lock cylinder with one that has an "emergency feature" is essential. Even though I haven't had any issues yet, this feature ensures you can still unlock the door from the outside if the device ever fails. Overall, I highly recommend buying the full pack that includes both the Bridge and the cylinder to make sure your home is truly secure.
