I came to see my apartment and talk through all my questions. I had been welcomed at bus station by employee on car who drove me around, provided me with necessary information about town. During my three day stay, she was always in contact with me to help. In the office were tea and coffee and friendly collective, who answered all my questions about studio and what to do next.

I’m really glad I asked TEKCE for help with buying a property in Spain. They professionally assessed our needs and provided us with offers that matched them. They organized both online and on-site viewings, used their experience to help us make a decision, and have been present and supportive throughout every step of the process. It was an added bonus that we were in contact with a Hungarian-speaking agent, which further simplified communication. I had concerns and fears about buying property abroad, but TEKCE managed to completely put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them!

در سال ۲۰۱۹، وقتی تصمیم گرفتم در آنتالیا خانه‌ای بخرم، از طریق «آنتالیا هومز» با یک نماینده سوئدی به نام پترا تماس گرفتم که او مرا به آقای حمیدالله هجران معرفی کرد. این واقعیت که ما به یک زبان صحبت می‌کردیم، ارتباط را بسیار آسان‌تر کرد.

در طول همکاری‌مان، آقای هجران ثابت کرد که فردی بسیار شایسته، قابل اعتماد و متعهد است. او کل فرآیند خرید - از جمله اسناد مالکیت، اشتراک برق و آب و همچنین امور بانکی و اداری - را به سرعت و حرفه‌ای انجام داد.

من دو ملک را از طریق این شرکت و با کمک او بدون هیچ مشکلی خریداری کرده‌ام. همه چیز با دقت و کارایی عالی انجام شد. حتی در آخرین خریدم، پشتیبانی عالی دریافت کردم و موفق شدم خانه‌ای را که می‌خواستم به دست بیاورم.

Ik was al een langere tijd op zoek naar een vakantiehuis in het buitenland. Uiteindelijk ben ik in aanraking gekomen met Umut van Tekce. En wat hebben wij dat fijn ervaren!

In onze eerste kennismakingsgesprek heeft Umut eerst onze wensen aangehoord en vervolgens meegedacht in de mogelijkheden. Uiteindelijk hebben wij de keuze gemaakt om te investeren in Noord-Cyprus. Hierin heeft Umut grote rol in gespeeld. Hij denkt met ons mee, zet de voor en nadelen op een rijtje en vervolgens is er maatwerk gemaakt waardoor we uit zijn gekomen op het project in Gaziveren.

Nadat we een aanbetaling hebben gedaan, zijn we gevlogen naar Cyprus om het project te zien. Alles werd heel goed geregeld en Umut is overal bij betrokken met alle stappen wat gezet moet worden om de woning definitief te kopen. We zijn samen naar de projectontwikkelaar gegaan, gesprekken gevoerd en vervolgens alle officiële stappen genomen om de koop in gang te zetten. Zonder Umut zouden we dit zelf niet hebben kunnen doen. Wat dat betreft heeft hij ons helemaal ontzorgd van alles wat bij komt kijken.

Nu wordt onze appartement opgeleverd in september 2026. In tussentijd heb ik diverse keren contact gehad met Tekce hoe we het hebben ervaren en of we nog met vragen zitten.

Al met al heb ik Tekce (vooral Umut) goede ervaring. Er wordt aangegeven dat ze ook nadruk leggen om aftersales, dat betekent dat ze na oplevering ook in contact met me zullen blijven om alles goed af te wikkelen (tot aan kopen van meubels). Ik weet zeker dat ze dat ook waar zullen maken.

Bedankt voor je expertise, deskundigheid, geduld en vooral je betrokkenheid Umut. Ik kan Tekce aan iedereen aanraden!
