Also sehr zufrieden, obwohl nichts sicher ist bezüglich einer Immo.

Aber so einen Angang wünscht man sich und die positiven Bewertungen aller Mitarbeiter und der Organisation auf allen Webseiten sind kein Zufall.
Deswegen Frau Bohnert TOP JOB und an Herrn Tekce, well done, das Unternehmen so aufgebaut und ausgerichtet zu haben und solche Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen zu haben.

Amazing experience! We worked with Fatma Bayraktar. She is THE BEST real estate agent in Turkey. Fatma has great knowledge of the industry and really cares for her clients. Fatma made everything very understandable and was always available to talk. Fatma also speaks great English! I would 100% recommend working with Fatma.

I wanted to share my experience with future buyers in Bursa regarding the property paperwork process.
My meeting with Mr. Atilla at the Nilufer office was very productive and continued our helpful email correspondence. He has been professional, patient, and supportive in answering all my questions throughout.
I was also pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Mr. Hakan Özkul. Hakan provided exceptional service that went far beyond expectations. He was consistently responsive, even during evenings and once on a weekend, for which I truly appreciate his dedication. His attention to detail was remarkable—he identified and resolved a few concerns in the council report that I had overlooked, preventing them from becoming problems. The way he managed every aspect made it feel as though my case was his top priority.
What I anticipated could be a stressful period turned out to be smooth and straightforward, largely thanks to his efforts. I wholeheartedly recommendMr. Hakan. If you are handling property matters here, I suggest requesting his assistance.

Sergen, was my real estate agent. He worked hard to find something that would fit our needs between, financials and property. Very, professional and hard working. Being that we are in two different time zones he made sure it was a reasonable time even though he was already past his working hours. Very trustworthy. I highly recommend Sergen and his team.
