Hi we ve been working in Istanbul 2 years and finally decided to buy a apartment but the pitfalls of being a from another country and buying in Istanbul we were made very aware of which made us very nervous buyers. We had seen many properties and with many realtors but I sent a description of budget what we wanted in the areas we liked and to be honest first property they showed us they understood the assignment. We were met by Berk who was so laid back and helpful throughout and was never pushy has made the whole process smooth from start to finish and it's gone so well we are hoping to remain in contact with Burke to help us build a small rental portfolio going forward. I can honestly say it's been a absolute pleasure using tekce and Burke and can't honestly recommend them enough especially if your a non Turkish resident.

I attended a holiday home conference with my wife and spoke to the developer and the the people from Tekce and after researching the area we bought an apartment in Turkey.
