Hayatımda ilk kez bir yere yorum yapıyorum çünkü deneyimimi paylaşmak ve bu zorlu süreçleri bizim gibi yaşayan diğer insanlara yardımcı olmak istedim. Türkiye’den Dubai’de bir yatırım yapmaya karar verdiğimizde şans eseri ekibinizden Utku bey ile görüşme şansım oldu. Kendisi pek çok görüntülü görüşme ile bana detaylıca önce Dubai piyasasını anlattı daha sonra önerilerini iletti. Kendisinden aldığım bilgiler ile çalışmalarımı yapıp, kendisi ile buluşmak üzere Dubai’ye ailem ile gittim. Kendisi bizi orada çok detaylıca gezdirdi, ardından içimize çok sinen bir ev sahibi olduk. Golden visa ile ilgili süreçlerimizde de suan süreçleri sürüyor. Tekçe ekibini ve özellikle UTKU beyin ilgisini çok çok sevdik. Bizim ev almamızın ardından yine Utku bey’in yardımıyla başka bir arkadaşımız daha aynı projeden ev aldı. Kesinlikle bundan sonraki yatırımlarımızda emlak danışmanımız Utku bey.

-Mr.Cihan was following up every details and updating
-Mr .Cihan made the process accurate , on time and easy and safe
-Mr.Cihan make us to feel we are dealing with family partner .
- company procedure is clear and every-step there is legalization and all process is supervised by the manager every time .

Я очень доволен как г-жа Талифа ханым нашла идеально подходящие под мои критерии 3BR апартаменты на высоком этаже с великолепным видом на Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeriah, JBR Address и Dubai Marina. В здании 2021 года постройки в идеальной локации. Ремонт и обстановка апартаментов были превосходными. Как и в прошлые разы в Турции, г-жа Талифа ханым не подвела и в Дубае. Все необходимые формальности были осуществлены столь оперативно, что уже через неделю после окончательного выбора апартаментов я получил Title Deed и еще через пару дней переехал жить в свою квартиру. Просто с космической скоростью, г-жа Талифа ханым помогла закупить необходимые вещи в квартиру, получить Emirates ID и открыть банковский счет в выбранном мною банке, а также получить местные водительские права. My experience was excellent when i visited Turkey. Mostly I would like to thank Ahmet Ozgun for the hospitality and care he gave me when i visited Turkey. As a first time buyer in Turkey, my fears were all gone. Ahmet Ozgun drove me to the construction site, visited the show house. He also showed me the area and explained in
detail what is required in the overall buying process.

Nothing was too big for Ahmet Ozgun. From airport transfers as well and picking up to and from the hotel, it made my trip very easy and enjoyed it.

We do not normally write reviews, but have taken this opportunity to talk about a wonderful experience.

We are citizens from The States and currently live in Washington, DC. We decided to purchase a high-end property in Alanya, along the southern coast of Turkey. This property is to serve as more than just our investment, but to be our future home during our retirement.

At the same time, we also decided to seek Turkish Citizenship through the real estate purchase program.

Since my wife and I run our own businesses in the U.S. and had limited time to visit Turkey (two weeks only) the challenges were many:
1) To find a suitable property for a good investment and return on our money
2) To find a location that was inviting, convenient and central to all amenities
3) To get assistance to coordinate all of the legal and financial details on our behalf with the builder/seller
4) To assist in the purchase and installation of the appliances in our absence
5) To help us understand the personal side of Turkish living, the social nuances, hospitality, cuisine, ways and culture
6) To have a real estate company that would negotiate for our best interest
7) AND above all, to help us navigate through the legal red tape of applying for Turkish Citizenship!

We interviewed and spoke to several real estate brokers in Turkey, who were very eager to assist us in purchasing a property, but were seemingly lacking in the other requirements that we needed.

Tekce Real Estate was the first and only company that stood above every other company that we spoke with. From the first time that we met with Mr. Egemen Dalbuy and Mr. Hakan Obuz, it was clear to us that we had found a team of professionals who fulfilled all of our specific needs.

Despite the tight parameters and limited time that we gave to them, they went to work immediately and showed us the best properties and neighborhoods in Alanya. When we found a property of our liking, they negotiated a fair sales price and terms for us, Furthermore, their support staff were also highly professional, very polite, detailed and treated both of us like we were family.

It made our choice much easier to trust Tekce Real Estate in Alanya, to assist us through the entire complex process.

It takes courage to transfer large sums of money to a foreign company and to assign power of attorney to people whom we are meeting for the first time.

However, we would honestly and sincerely recommend Tekce Real Estate in Alanya and Mr. Egemen Dalbuy and Mr. Hakan Obuz to anyone who is planning to relocate to Southern Turkey. They could not have made our purchase and relocation to Turkey any easier.

Gutes Unternehmen, das mir sehr geholfen hat, eine geeignete Wohnung zu finden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Gestern habe ich mir bei Immoscout Immobilien in Istnabul angeschaut. Fast alle Objekte werden von der Firma Tekce beworben. Was ich unseriös fand ist, dass ein Großteil der Wohnungen sich in Stadtvierteln befindet, die für Neuregistrierungen von Ausländern gesperrt sind.
D.h., kauft ein Kunde ohne türk.Pass dort von Tekce eine Wohnung, erlebt er eine böse Überraschaung. Er wird sich in dieser Wohnung niemals registrieren lassen können, also dort auch nicht ganzjährig leben dürfen. Sondern nur max. 180 Tage im Jahr, und nie länger als 90 Tage am Stück.
Ich möchte der Firma nicht unterstellen, dass das Absicht ist, diese Fakten zu verschweigen, denn ich habe vor 2 Jahren, als man mit der Sperrung von Istanbuler Stadtteilen für Neuregistrierungen von Ausländern begann, keinen Makler gefunden, der anfangs davon wusste. Aber inzwischen sind diese Regeln seit zwei Jahren bekannt und immer wieder informieren Regierungsbehörden über weitere Sperrungen von Stadtvierteln. Und es ist meiner Meinung nach Pflicht von Maklern, insbesondere wenn sie ein internationales Netz sind wie Tekce, solche Informationen zu haben und für Kunden zu publizieren.
Schließlich ist das deren Job für den ein Kunde am ende Provision zahlt.
Aber wie gesagt, überrascht mich derartige Unprofessionaltiät in Istanbul nicht, da ich sie hundertfach - vor allem bei Maklern - erlebt habe. (Da werden z.B. regelmäßig 30 bis 50 qm mehr angegeben als die Wohnungen tatsächlich haben. Und Grundrisse gibt es natürlich angeblich nie!!!) Deshalb war ich so nett, und habe Tekce eine Mail geschrieben und auf die gesperrten Stadtteile hingewiesen.
Aber diese Firma verhält sich so unprofessionell und unseriös, dass sie das einach ignoriert. Stattdessen schickt man mir Details zur Wohnung und bietet eine Besichtigung an. Noch dazu, kam schon in den ersten 24 Stunden Werbung für Immobilien in anderen Städten, die ich nie bestellt habe und wo ich gar nicht hin mag.
Das schlimme an Immofirmen wie diesen ist der große Verkaufsdruck für die Mitarbeiter. Oft funktionieren die Büros in den verschiedenen Städten nach Franchise-System und es geht nur um schnellen Profit. Jeder kann so ein Büro aufmachen, der Beruf des Maklers ist in der Türkei nicht geschützt. So musste ich z.B. vor zwei Jahren einem sogenannten Makler eine weltweiten Firma erklären, dass es Ausländern verboten ist, Immobilien in unmittelbarer Nähe von Militärobjekten zu kaufen. Er wollte mir eine Wohnung verkaufen, mit Blick auf eine Kaserne. Unfassbar. Man kann manchmal gar nicht sagen, ob es nur Dummheit ist, oder eiskalter Betrug.
Ich kann vor dem Wohnungskauf in der Türkei nur warnen. Es sei denn Sie haben dort Verwandte oder wirklich sehr sehr gute türkische Freunde. Und selbst für die ist das Ganze nicht risikofrei.
