I was looked after well in the morning of my operation by Tina. She was brilliant in every way. Mr O'Connor was very attentive as I was very nervous. Anethnatyst rushed in and out. After, my care in the afternoon wasn't so good. I had to ask to get discharged and to ask a nurse to come and help me to to get dressed as it didn't occur to her that I was unable to do it myself! They hadn't organised the pharmacy either. Afternoon experience not so good. Aftercare , physio Celine, has been excellent.

The ottoman beds are good, not as sturdy as I was hoping for, being as they are advertised as luxury end beds, but they will only be used as guest beds. Loads of storage for 2'6" beds too. Delivery was great. Overall very happy.

I had a mix up with my order, wrong colour sent, I returned it special next day delivery, didnt arrive but in transit, Jacob, consumer service sorted a replacement which I was so glad about. Great service from him. Thank you Jacob.

Wine came on time unfortunately one of the free glasses was broken. Virgin sent 2 more the next day. Brilliant service and good quality wine.

Serenata give the best service out of all the sites I've used . You get a text when they are on their way, and one when they have been delivered, brilliant. Always had praise from friends who have received the flowers and they are fantastic value for money too. Never use any other site.
