Great Experience and Faster Delivery
To be honest, I have never heard about Tekzone. I was in doubt whether my item will be delivered safely or in time. When they delivered the order within 2-3 days, I was surprised and it was a great experience shopping with Tekzone.

They don’t recognise they sold you something defective
Bought some Sennheiser earbuds from them, they arrived faulty. The left earbud had no charge and wouldn’t charge.
Contacted them straight away, they said send them back and we will inspect them to see if they are faulty.
Clearly they haven't heard of distance selling regulations, they have to replace or refund within 14 days.
So, I’m asking for a refund instead. At no point did they apologise for sending me a defective product or recognise it had only arrived this morning.
Avoid at all costs.
Ref: 33466 if you are even slightly interested in customer service Tekzone.
See the reply, so how can you know they are faulty if you don’t open the box? Absolutely ridiculous statement and easily challenged by trading standards (if I comes to that) and the small claims court. I only had them for 2 hours and that time was spent charging and trying their crazy suggested fix. For a dead battery, they suggested a factory reset. However, you need some power to do that. I already told them the battery was dead, ffs!

Your consumer rights are fully respected, and as per statutory rights, you have 14 days to cancel the order and a further 14 days to return the goods. Please note that certain items, like headphones and earphones, can only be returned if found faulty or in unused condition with unbroken seals.
