I ordered Matcha tea, and it was as tasty, refreshing, energising, and simultaneously relaxing as good Matcha should be.

Very impressed with Tencha.
This was my first time ordering and I shall definitely do so again.
Delivery was prompt, tea was beautifully packaged and above all the tea was excellent.
Small attentions to detail were appreciated and the whole experience felt much more human and personalised, a sentiment which is often lost when shopping on the Internet

Tencha offers great quality and selection of best tea. They also sell amazing japanese teaware. Not only that, Charlie also very responsive to all my question and they have super fast delivery.

I am impressed with the quality of the tea. I bought a Jasmine and matcha. Also a couple of taster teas and they were all wondering. I also thought it was great that they send a guide on how long to brew the tea for so that we get the best quality as all of those things make a difference to the experience. I was especially looking for green tea from Okinawa as I fall in love with the taste and experience of it when I lived in Japan. Tencha is my go-to shop hands down the best place if you are looking for quality tea. The packaging is to die for also and the customer service is exceptional too. I can strongly recommend.
