The QR code in the box allowed for quick access to installation instructions.

The "quiet / waterproof" installation on my M3 went well but could have used better instructions. I ended up referring to youtube several times during installation. Going for a one hour highway drive after installation proved the sound 'deading' was obvious. I also liked the solid sound of the door closing after installation. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent product and great quality. Took approximately 10 days to get it. Well made, fits the model Y perfectly. However, the instructions are hard to follow, pictures are small. Otherwise, I recommend.

My order was processed efficiently and quickly, with the goods receiving well ahead of the expected arrival date. I opened and inspected the seals. All were there, and instructions along with a reference to YouTube to ease installation were available.

Product arrived as ordered. Fairly easy to install (although an online video would be nice).

Great service and timely delivery

The installation went easily despite the fact that the installation brochure isn’t up to date. The liner sags a little but it still looks good. The automated chatbot wasn’t particularly helpful in solving the sag issue.
Overall though, it looks good, fits well and blends in nicely with the interior

The experience is fine but the product- not so good. They are headrest pillows that just do not properly fit Cybertruck seats. I do not recommend buying them for the Cybertruck. Cybertruck headrests are horrible but these just do not make it any better. Worse in fact.

There is no way to reach out to customer service directly. My shipping was delayed, and it took over a month to receive. I tried to email the company but it just bounced back to me. I would appreciate a way to connect with their customer service for a refund, but I simply cannot do it. Oh well.

watched the video and fitted the sola shields took about 15 minutes fitted very well front fitted perfectly and the rear fitter very well just a slide gap at the corners of the cutout on the rear window about 2mm have to date for the next hot day to see if it cut down the cabin tempture by the amount stated on the advert

Once I located the two light-blue clips, the install of the rear console entertainment unit amounted to maybe 15 minutes, on my 2023 Tesla-Y...easy!

The product (insulated roof liner) for my Model Y works as advertised. It makes a world of difference in the hot summer sun in Florida. Thank you for a great product. And for immediate follow up with my windshield screen.
