I ordered caliper covers from TeslaHubs for a 2025 Tesla Model 3. They shipped from China and took about two weeks to arrive.

When they arrived, I immediately noticed that the mounting hardware was different from what TeslaHubs shows in its installation videos. We attempted to install the driver’s-side rear cover, but the hardware did not properly fit the caliper. The cover could still be moved too easily, and tightening the clamps further caused them to slip. I wasn’t comfortable putting something on my wife’s car that I couldn’t be confident was securely mounted.

I contacted TeslaHubs, provided the vehicle information and photos they requested, and explained the problem. They told me I had received the correct Model 3 Highland/Performance version. They later sent another installation video, but the mounting hardware shown still appeared different from what I received. I sent them comparison photos showing their hardware versus mine and requested a return and refund.

Instead of providing return instructions, they forwarded the issue to their mechanic department and said it could take up to three business days. After waiting four days without a resolution, I contacted them again and insisted on return information.

They finally provided a Florida return address, but stated that my refund is conditional upon inspection and the product being “in good condition and suitable for resale.”

Products sometimes don’t work out. My concern is that what I received did not match the mounting hardware demonstrated in their installation materials, and getting basic return instructions required multiple emails, photos, explanations, and several days of waiting.

Based on my experience, I would be cautious purchasing from TeslaHubs, especially if you’re relying on their installation videos to determine what you’re going to receive.

My package hasn’t arrived! It’s in the country but your delivery agent Evri hadn’t delivered it yet. You’ve got my money I’d like my goods please.

Terrible Product Fitment and Even Worse Return Experience

I bought the Tesla Model Y Monitor Swivel Mount Kit from TeslaHUB, and this has been one of the worst accessory purchases I’ve made.

To install it, I had to disassemble a significant part of the dashboard/monitor area, only to find out afterward that the product does not fit properly. It leaves roughly a 2-inch gap where you can clearly see the metal frame of the car. It looks unfinished, cheap, and honestly terrible.

I contacted the company to return it, and that is where the real drama started. I have gone through approximately 15 emails, answering questions, sending information, resending information, providing pictures, and explaining the same issue multiple times.

After all of that, they are now telling me that I have to pay out of pocket to ship the product back to them, then they will inspect it and only afterward decide whether they will approve the return/refund.

So basically, even after sending them clear evidence that the product does not fit properly, I am expected to spend even more money and hope they decide to refund me.

Your choice if you want to buy from them, but based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend TeslaHUB. The product did not fit as advertised, and their return process has been unnecessarily difficult, frustrating, and time-consuming.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the same headache I went through.

The strips would not stay on. I believe it was because of two things. 1. The video said to clean with the included alcohol pad. There were no altars in my shipment. 2. I wiped with the included pads that were supposed to have some kind of solution on them, but all my pads were dry. There was nothing on them.
Disappointed.

I bought ProGuard, SpaceBox, Caliper Covers and OmnWolt Adapter. I was impressed with the customer service, and very satisfied with the quality of products

Great selection. Shipping costs and time frames could be improved somewhat, but great selection.

Love the gaskets! I can tell a significant difference and I’ve been able to enjoy my music much more now. I have friends who have the same car get into mine and ask what I have done to make it so quiet. So worth it!

Fits perfectly. Looks factory installed. Could not be more pleased!!!!

The package was sent out promptly and it looks fantastic! I thought since it was pretty much plug and play that it would mirror the cars original screen? It appears to just be an additional source of entertainment for the rear passenger with headphones.

The door, frunk, etc. seals that I ordered seem fine. The seal kit arrived in a reasonable time period and in good condition. I have not installed them yet, so I don't yet know how well they stick to the doors, etc. However, one omission that I think is important are instructions of how to install the seals. There were no instructions at all. I checked on YouTube, and there appears to be a TeslaHub video on installing the seals.

The heat shield is superior a works like a charm. The instructions to install were not included as far as I could tell. But customer service came through swiftly and thoroughly. And with some effort, I am happy with the hear shield

Don’t by this one. It’s the worst. Don’t have a stable connection, it always have too reconnect and it’s always lagging.

Product is what was advertised but lags and seems to run slow for CarPlay and Andriod auto plus had to change from French to English? But still not using because can’t figure sound out with phone and connection very frustrating I’m not a computer person…

Great experience. Fast delivery plus excellent fit of noise reduction strip. CarPlay adapter is a little luggy but much, and I really mean it, much smoother than the other ones I've bought. Overall 5 stars. recomended!!
