Product does not fit my Juniper MY 2026 Y. Repeated attempts to resolve with support have produced nothing.

i have purchased several items from teslahubs.com, the only issue i have is that they don't tell you where the item is warehoused before purchase. physically, where the item is located. is it coming from china, or is it coming from a warehouse in minnesota? this is feature that a consumer would appreciate before ordering so that they can plan for the shipping delay accordingly.

Ordering was quick and easy and I found everything I needed at a reasonable price. Items arrived well packaged and in good time. Haven't fitted yet, but Items look good quality and are sure to fit well.

Product arrived as described, better material by far than the $39.00 cheap kits sold online. Rubber feels and works as the OEM installed seals. Cars is about 8DB quieter on the road, and noise does not leave the car (car phone) nearly as easily. Recommend this product if your tessie seems a little noisy.

The kit looks like good quality. Have not fitted it yet waiting for my son to arrive on holiday and he will fit the two kit one on my Tesla Y and the other on his Tesla Y

A little finicky on the blue tooth portion sometimes, but overall, excellent!!

Proguard noise reduction kit is trash. Instructions are horrible, adhesive separates from the rubber gasket too easily, and my MX is actually louder.

This company claims to have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee but they do not honor it. They sent me a product that was faulty and wont even take it back.

Ordered internal roof panels for my 2026 Juniper to keep the car cooler. It took more than a week to arrive which is too long in 2026. When I put them in, they were about 1/2" too large and, thus, overlapped. Also, no instructions were included leaving me to guess about how to install them. When I asked for a refund, I receive a message that my request was forwarded to them. No other information about how to return the item.

I purchased the ProGuard: Advanced Noise Reduction & Weatherproofing Kit for my 2026 Tesla Model Y from this company and had multiple issues during installation.

First of all, the rear door seal was clearly not designed for this vehicle, even though I somehow managed to install it. But the biggest problem is that these seals simply do not work.

Water and road dust continue getting inside the car exactly the same way as before. It becomes especially obvious after a car wash. The product did absolutely nothing in terms of weatherproofing or sealing improvement.

Very disappointed with the quality and fitment. Would not recommend.

I purchased the caliper covers specifically because they had the ‘Tesla’ logo on them and when they arrived weeks later, they were not there, I could have bought these for half the price anywhere without the logo. To make matters worse when I went to exchange them for my money they had a $30 restocking fee AND I was responsible for shipping costs. I understand that if I had actually got what they had advertised on the site but they basically did a bait and switch and when I called them out they still end up ahead. Never doing business with them again.

Bottom Line Up Front: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Bought the pro guard noise reduction and weather proofing kit. It promises a video walk through. I bought for a Tesla Model S, but their instructions were a black and white printed page of photos of the car doors without any instructions, and the video walkthrough was for a Tesla Model Y which is a totally different vehicle! The doors are not the same. 50% of what they sent didnt work. The other 50% could have been bought for around $25-$35 on my own from Lowes or Home Depot. I doubt they will last long. My rating is before even trying to drive my car because I am that disappointed.

Purchased a rear screen for my model 3 and cannot connect to it. Have tried customer service 6 times and not 1 return mail. Terribly service if at all. Once bitten will not use again and encourage other to go somewhere else.

I bought the Spacebox, received it, and after two days of use it was clear the product interface was poorly designed and interfered with other Cybertruck functions.
I requested a return authorization by email three weeks ago. Since then, I've emailed them nearly every day — zero response.
Their only listed phone number, for HUBS TRADING GROUP LTD in the UK, is disconnected. Yet their website is fully active and happily taking new orders.

A company that eagerly takes your money but then disappears the moment you need to return something isn't running a legitimate business.

This is straight-up unacceptable.

I ordered hbox tesla carplay based on their advertisement, but it turn out opposite of what they were saying. After I decided to return it, there's poor customer service support and I was asked to ship it with my expenses and too expensive for the shipment almost half price of the device

This company is a scam. I purchased things at a reasonable price off of a Facebook just before Black Friday at Thanksgiving. I didn't look at the email when it came it. Turns out the invoice didn't give me the great prices that I had been shown online. My bad for not checking, but who can imagine they'd change the amounts from what I typed on the online order to what they charged me.

They took over 6 weeks to get me the things I paid for and so I missed being able to give them as Xmas presents. When they arrives - I found out that they charged me more. I immediately sent them back at my expense. Asking for my refund, they lied to me repeatedly over 10 emails. I had to go through a grievance process with American Express to get them to refund the return. I only received reimbursement today, over 6 months later.

Teslahubs is the absolute worst. So not buy through this dishonest, time-wasting company.

I have purchased 2 times on this site and they sent me cheaper products and not even the one I bought.
