Tesla Space box works great. Perfectly integrated and controllable through in my central model S touch screen. No audio/video sync issues. Took a bit of time to set it up (Tesla hubs: please make a better video for this!) but well worth the effort and patience. Great value cost wise too.

Received an incomplete package BLIS product. I have contacted them 3-4 times and told that technical support will get back to me. So far crickets. Also attempted to return the item for a replacement but the product is out of stock. Disappointing given my previous experience with another product.

scammers they try to charge restocking for defective POS products and you must pay shipping and they don’t respond. Stay away from them and do not purchase anything!

Two separate products. Two separate problems. Same useless support every time.

I've purchased from TeslaHubs twice and had issues both times. The first
was a Space Box CarPlay device that simply did not work. After weeks of
back-and-forth, they asked me to perform a manual firmware update —
downloading files from a random Google Drive link, reformatting a drive,
and attempting the update multiple times. It failed every attempt. When I
requested a refund, they refused to process it without a return first. The
return address they provided was to a company called "FC Western Bid" — not
TeslaHubs. This is a dropship operation shipping from China, not the
brand-name company they present themselves as.

After months of escalation attempts, I eventually gave up on the return
because I was too busy to deal with the logistics. That's not a resolution
— that's a deliberate strategy to wear customers down.

My second experience involved a subscription charge I didn't recognize and
an order I hadn't placed. When I contacted support flagging it as
potentially unauthorized, the response from their agent was "Can you
clarify please?" — a four-word reply to what I described as a potential
security issue.

Their support script is identical every single time: a cheerful opening
("So sorry to hear you're not satisfied!"), vague commitment to "resolve
the issue," and then stonewalling. There is no escalation path and no
accountability.

Two products. Two failed experiences. Zero resolution. Save yourself the
frustration and buy Tesla accessories from a supplier with actual
accountability.

The product doesn’t work. It doesn’t let the frunk and trunk close. It is completely useless and can even damage the car. Now I am trying to get a refund and everything is a problem, it looks like I have to support all return costs.

I bought ProGuard adhesive strips meant to isolate sound. I installed them, but they don't stick-they just fall off on their own. I returned the product, and not only was I asked to pay for the return shipping, but also a fee on top of the amount I paid. To make things worse, it's been three months since they promised me a refund, and I still haven't received the credit on my card. Avoid this company and don't buy from them-it's a scam.

Don't ever buy from Teslahubs. The company is a scam. There is no phone to communicate, only via email. They received the return item but will make a case they can't refund money back to credit card. Then dragged the process out to 90 days that they need to work with their finance team. Once 90 days passed, they said the refund was processed and threw you back to get in touch with credit card. At this point, credit card company said they don't see any refund and it passed 90 days for dispute.

I ordered a set of brake caliper covers. They were very cheap and flimsy, and came with a cheap Tesla sticker to apply.
I asked for a return and they are giving me a hard time.,

I ordered caliper covers and I had to reorder them because the first order went to my old address when I moved. Not a big deal because they shipped before I could change the address. Well I ordered another set and SPECIFICALLY changed my delivery address and they STILL sent it to my old address. I spent $380 and no products to show for it. I'm extremely disappointed they did not pay attention to detail. I emailed the company and I hope they send a replacement to the CORRECT address.

ZERO!!! I should have come to TP first. What a joke teslahubs or western bid whatever they call themselves they are terrible and should not have a presence in the web. What an absolute disaster. Fraud for sure. I am the dupe but they are FRAUDS. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Shipping was painfully slow. The space box was suppose to be the new improved version of car play. Nothing but connection issues. Claimed that it will auto connect. Not true, constantly disconnects and takes about 5 steps to reconnect. Obviously, not safe to do so while driving. Getting to watch YouTube or Netflix still has not been a pleasant experience. Nothing but stuttering issues. I have spent over $750 at Teslahubs. Ultimately, most of their products have been cheap Chinese products rebranded to seem like they are quality products. Two years have passed and still no support or refund for the first car play device. Support is terrible. They string you along until you just give up.

It came pretty quickly and works perfectly on my M3. I've been using it for almost 6 months now, and it functions just like regular CarPlay—surprisingly well!
Overall, this product is solid and worth it!

Terrible rubbish, they know how to advertise, but they don't know how to make adhesive tapes. It's not 3M like in the ads, the tapes come off after a while. Cheap Chinese products, even though they advertise under their own name.

Do not buy from tesla hub. I ordered 2 products and it took a month half to receive. Even though the website says fast shipping. Plus it says full return in 14 days. I had to ship it back which cost $50 to return plus I had to pay $16.50 restocking fee. I Never even opened the package. The bag it came in was torn in shipment.

I purchased noise canceling/weather stripping, Apple Car Play, 3d shadow door lights and wheel guards on November 24th. The items arrived nearly a month later and the Apple Car Play wouldn't connect to my 2019 Model S and the wheel guards scratched my rims during installation. I can only imagine what my rims would look like if I actually continued with the installation, drove the car and then decided to remove them. I've reached out to Teslahubs twice asking for help with no response. I submitted a return request for the two items that didn't work and have yet to receive a response. If they accept my return, then I will have to pay for return shipping along with a restocking fee. I believe this is to dissuade people from returning items. Lastly, I checked and found the exact same items on Amazon for substantially lower pricing, approximately 40%. I'm kicking myself for buying from this company as I paid a premium, can't easily return the items despite their advertisement that returns are accepted and had to wait nearly a month for the products to arrive from China. Amazon is certainly not the cheapest, but from now on I'll buy items for my Tesla from them as I'll save money, receive the item quicker and have an easy return if the item doesn't work.

I bought SpaceBox, and I absolutely happy with CarPlay in my Tesla. Shipping very fast 3 days (USA)

There are major technical issues. I have a technical background so I will explain.

The unit communicates with the device over wifi by directing the browser to the devices IP address. This creates a problem because Tesla wants to talk to the internet. There's an ongoing "fight" between the device and Tesla often resulting in the car being disconnected - which means basic functions do not work.

Audio is pumped in via the device and phone. It's tricky to configure because of how Apple Play & Tesla want to function.

THUS, if you aren't interested in using any of Tesla's onboard internet-based functions, the Space Box works.

If you want both, you will be terribly disappointed.

I have requested a return--I have not heard positive reviews so I'm hoping to avoid a charge-back.

Finally, turn-around times for tech support are VERY slow.

Sold me junk that didn’t install, hired a IT company to install without success. Returned Nov 5th and as of Dec 9th still no credit. Do not buy from this company. They told me 10 days three times
