Ordered and delivered next day. What more can you ask for.

ordered battery 22nd Jan (essential worker with disabled car) on the 1-3 day delivery. four days later still showing as pending (money taken). 5th day shows as "processing" 10th day and still showing as processing. did not respond to email. absolute joke. UPDATE. Received my car battery today (1st Feb) order is still showing as "processing" on the website. Happy with the battery that is pre-charged (I checked) and the price was reasonable. Pity about the lack of communication and time taken to deliver. I may have been more receptive had I been told that there was a long delay on dispatch, hence the 3 star review

They sent the battery discharged, 12.5v in my opinion is not enough for a new battery. The electrolyte density was 1.19 g / cm3, should these parameters be found in the newly purchased battery? Difficult e-mail contact with them, they reply to messages after three days.
When you buy a battery from them, before putting it in the car, first charge it with a good charger.

Beware.. bought a car battery from these guys and it turned out to be faulty with a dead cell within a few mths. They made me pay for a replacement whilst they checked it .. kept chasing and had no response .. they have know offered to refund the money if I can find the original receipt but only because I took them to court. Arrogant Veronica needs a personality check, beware if anything goes wrong.

Batteries I bought from them a few days ago are faulty. The company does not want to fulfill its obligation, it does not want to bear the cost of returning the faulty items and refund me in full, incl. delivery cost.
