We had a really great experience with the company. They came around to give us a quote and gave excellent advice on which range of boilers would meet our needs. They delivered the boiler on the Monday and it was installed on the Tuesday.

Everything was explained well and very pleased with my boiler. The fitter worked very hard all day and managed to complete it in time for everyone coming home. This company want their customers to be satisfied with the new boilers and would happily recommend.

The survey was carried out efficiently.Everything was explained to us.There was no hard sell.Mike the fitter came at the time he promised.The work was more than it first appeared but he coped admirably with any problems.Mike never seemed to be fazed and both he and Chris the electrician answered any queries we had.All the the work was neat and clean

I organised a service with the Boiler Club for a British Gas boiler that was over 15 years old. I chose this company because it was local and reasonably priced. The engineer came at the time arranged and followed a routine I had previously observed with other gas companies and highlighted an issue that needed my attention in terms I could understand. I will definitely use them in the future for the life of my current boiler.

From Estimate to Installation the Boiler Club team carried out the work perfectly. Personable, efficient engineers make this Company the only one to get!
One year on from first getting the new boiler we got an email prompting the required service. This too was done

This is one of the best companies I have

and did an excellent job liaising with the Flat management committee for permission to re route a difficult vent pipe.

This company were so easy to deal with! The quote was prepared from photos and measurements provided by me - so simple and the work was completed in the same week. The engineer was a lovely guy who put dust sheets down and was a delight to have in our home and really enjoyed our cups of tea! The end result was a really lovely job! Thanks guys!

Had a new boiler fitted went very well . Mike and Paul were great kept us informed as the install was progressing. Explained easily how the boiler works. Great guys. So much so they are coming back on Monday to fit a new kitchen tap. Great guys

New boiler and system fitted speedly and efficiently. Work men worked hard and were very pleasant. Extremely pleased with the work that has been done.

Paul was very quick in responding to my enquiry and completed a very thorough survey in respect of replacing my old boiler. He explained the full process and quickly provided a quotation. Steve arrived to start the replacement at the agreed time and completed the work tidily. The old boiler & packaging were removed. On commissioning the new boiler, he fully explained how to use the boiler controls and thermostat. A good job, well done.

From start to finish Paul was on the ball fully explaining the ins and outs of the job right from our first meeting Mike the gas engineer who did the job was not only very hard working but he was pleasant and helpful and polite to speak to .Overall TBCO we’re a pleasure to do business with thank you Paul and Mike.

Paul and his team are friendly, polite and professional. I was dreading having to get this work done, but thankfully I had a great experience. From Paul carrying out the surveyor and guiding me to which boiler would best suit my needs to Ged and John carrying out a new boiler installation who are accredited Worcester boiler installers with a wealth of knowledge and experience being ex BG installation engineers. They arrived on time and put dust sheets and carpet protectors down and were very respectful of my property. New boiler installed and old water tank removed, from start to finish it’s been a great experience and would highly recommend the boiler club to anyone, very competitive price and the boiler comes with a 10yr warranty. The guys definitely deserve the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review, well done the boiler club and thank you for a great experience. I’m delighted with my new Worcester combi boiler and look forward to lower running costs.
