I had problems with the DHL carrier. And my order arrived to me not after 2 days, but after 2 weeks, but I was very pleased with the support on the site. They did everything for the speedy delivery of the new tree and also put a few gifts. I was also surprised how carefully the tree was packed.

Verpakking was erg goed en een gratis schaar was fijn.
De bonsai zag er helaas wel heel anders uit dan het boompje op de foto.Dit had ik wel gehoopt, vanwege de hogere prijs dan elders. Ook was het formaat een stuk kleiner dan vermeld bij het product. (+-29-30cm terwijl er 40 aangegeven staat)

This is already the second bonsai I buy at The Bonsaist in less than a year and I have to say it's becomming addictive. The quality of the trees is great, so is the service and it just feels like a small luxury that brings a large smile to my face. Totally recommend it if you want to join the bonsai lovers community.

Zowel de Bonsai als de stenen pot waar de plant inzit zijn van hoge kwaliteit. de plant zit ook super veilig verpakt, bijna onmogelijk op beschadiging tijdens het leveren. er zit ook een mooi gedesigned briefje met instructies ivm verzorging. je krijgt een volledig premium experience.

Dit is de 2de bonsai wat ik besteld heb bij the bonsaïst, binnen een week binnen. Super verpakt zodat er niks aan kan komen. En prachtige boompjes wat je krijgt!

The tree was protected very well with secure wrapping, so there were no damages to the tree. The tree itself was in good condition and already growing new leaves. Very happy with the good quality of the pot as well. Definitely going to order here in the future. I also love that you can get all the tools you need directly from the merchant as well.

Beautiful tree and bigger than stated in the description on the website. Delivery was four days but was definitely worth the wait and was very well packaged, so well I couldn’t find my free gift 😊
