the product came in a damaged box with the sides scratched, the fireplace itself is very cheap in quality . wish i could return it. i have emailed the company with no response

1. Typically nobody answers the phone.
2. You either don't have or won't send the detailed technical drawing of the stove with exact dimensions... and the potential installers won't give me an estimate or put me on their schedule without that.
3. While your "Description" on your website of my stove includes the words "EPA & UL Certified" you still have not sent me documentation of that certification, without which I can't contract an installer.

Obviously, this can all still be remedied.

Excellent wood-fired oven and great delivery service. The oven is beautifully made, heats up fast, and cooks perfectly with amazing flavor. Delivery was smooth, professional, and on time. Very happy with the quality and service — highly recommended!
