Good price and prompt delivery.
Good price and prompt delivery.
Filters were easy to fit.
Haven’t used the mask in earnest yet but have tried the fitting and it seems comfortable and well sealed. I bought this mask because I have asthma and some masks restrict my breathing, left this on for a while and the air flow seems quite good and not restrictive.
Will update when used properly.

The Face Mask Store からの回答
We were really disheartened to read about your recent experience with the face mask you received - it's not at all the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have. We've taken a deep dive into our records trying to find any details of your purchase but, somehow, we just can't seem to find anything that matches up. It's a bit of a mystery, and we're wondering if there's been a bit of a mix-up somewhere along the line.
We're all about making things right and spreading smiles, not disappointment. So, here's what we're thinking: could you reach out to us directly with some more details about your order? Maybe a confirmation number or the email address you used to make the purchase? You can drop us an email at info@thefacemaskstore.co.uk or give us a buzz at 01749 938 160. We're really eager to get to the bottom of this and ensure you're looked after the way you should be.
Your happiness is what drives us, and we're standing by to make things right. We can't wait to hear from you and hopefully turn your experience around.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback. It means the world to us, and we're here to help.
Warmly,
The Face Mask Store
