I am impressed with the quick response from the customer service group. My only complaint is it took a long time to get delivery of the products.

Fast responses and extremely helpful in providing solution options to fix my error.

Customer service was awesome! There was some confusion on my part, I lost Wi-Fi during my order and was not sure it went through. Customer service emailed me for the information that was lost, made sure my order was correct and I received notification that it's on its way. My friend's granddaughter will be so excited for her birthday.

If only the shopping list could be checked pre payment and the free item made clearer that it’s not free as you get charged for a course …it removes the fun of purchasing and creates stress

My concerns were addressed immediately, even an after hours acknowledgment! Solution options were provided and acknowledgment of my concerns with more than reasonable and fair options which gave me choice in how to proceed! The service was great & fast.
Unfortunty the product was disapponting. books were smaller than expected although the quality was very good. Rather than a free toy a larger book would be nice.

I brought purchases the groovd wanted a refund certain line up products.
The customer service team was very helpful offered many options with my experience, I certainly looking forward exploring the rest there products near future.

The customer service to fix a problem was very speedy, friendly and solution focused. However I felt the marketing of the upsell of a ‘free’ item was totally misleading. It inferred that there was a free item as part of a subscription going forward which was very understandable and acceptable. However they immediately charged the c£23 for the ‘free’ toy upfront . Jenny did come up with a satisfactory solution but I still feel it was not a good way to do business
