I had a small problem on my end, and their customer service was so amazing and got right back to me just an hour after I had emailed them, and then. Went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and correct for us to be able to enjoy our experience. And I would totally order from them again, and they are very professional

Jane resolved my issue in an extremely prompt and positive manner.
I appreciated her handling of the problem very much.

I accidentally added a service I didn't want, and within 12 hours the situation was rectified, and the charges were cancelled.

I felt understood and assisted with loads of processing feedback with a satisfactory solution to my issue.
Thank you

Bought something I didn’t want. Send email and someone got in touch with me.
The customer service was excellent! Thank to Marj ☺️

The replacement for a lost package arrived quickly and was offered without hesitation. Purchase was only marred by the loss of the initial delivery then an expectation for the customer to chase the lost package with the delivery company instead of the Groovd company. When arrived the product was good and I thoroughly recommend these books

Fast response to my issue

Solved my issue promptly and satisfactory.

The products are wonderful and my kids love them. I had an issue with an unknown order and the team corrected very quickly. They were easy to contact and kept me updated at every step.

People responded when i thought my package was stolen.

Replying to my enquiries is always timely. I kept checking to see when my parcel would arrive and tge reply was always timely.
My parcel finally arrived today.
Thanking you

you guys handled this situation very professionally and in a hurry. I'm very grateful for all that you've done. thank Tou very much and may God richly Bless you all.

Slightly more back and forth than desired, I should not have to dispute the validity of the refund. However, otherwise it was a great experience. Response was timely and polite.

I was very impressed that my email message was answered so quickly and helped with all of my questions. Not all companies do that. Greatly appreciated.

I ordered the set of four books for my grandson. I made a mistake on my order and contacted thegroovd.com via email. I received a response from Jenny within minutes! My problem was resolved immediately. Great customer service! I'm looking forward to receiving my shipment.
Thank you!
Sincerely, JCS

I appreciate Jenny and Marj assistance on getting my order corrected in a timely manner. I'm sure my grand niece will love this set of books. And I'm sure I will purchase more items in the near future.

Great customer service team great response, I had some confusion regarding an order where apparently I had incidentally subscribed to something. They cleared it up right away for me.

Made a purchase, then had an issue so sent an email & it was sorted in a timely manner. Fantastic service from the customer support team- Jenny & Marj. That alone would have me recommending this company to others. Thank you

Jenny's response tone to my email inquiry was fast (less than 10 minutes). She remedied that inquiry stupid fast! Thank you Jenny and thank you Grooved!
