The Jewellers レビュー

The friendliest approach to the explanation of the meaning of Carat,

My wife was very happy with the Amazonite pendant I bought from yourselves, so if she's happy I'm happy.

From choosing, ordering and receiving my order, everything was so efficient. First class service. And, more importantly, my wife was delighted with her 41st wedding anniversary gift. Thank you.

The item is OK but the photos and description given are not a complete true reflection of the product itself, I must admit I was a little disappointed.

The items I ordered arrived in good time, well packaged and in good condition. I found the fact that only one earring appeared to be in the box with the other one secreted in a small packaged marked as no returns if this package is opened. I was reluctant to open in case I decided to return. When I contacted customer services they responded quickly and my problem was solved.

The gold heart was much smaller than expected.

Easy to navigate & find what your looking for! Fast delivery & very nice packaging/jewellery boxes

I bought earrings for a birthday present.
Initially I thought them to be unsuitable.
I emailed the company to enquire about the returns proceedure.
They responded almost immediately, most courtiously, and with clear instructions about how to return.

As it happens I will be keeping the earrings after all but I was still most impressed with the after sales service.
Thanks
Gordon Flemng.

Excellent earrings sent fast and securely. Would recommend.

Such a great quality product. Delivered quickly.

I loved the necklace but the packaging was very poor. For gifting a product that cost over £200 I felt a cardboard box with the back peeling off was pretty poor and I felt I had to apologise for it to the recipient.

Ordered gold earrings - exactly as they looked on photos, and arrived next day. Overall - good service

Good value, fast and secure delivery

I had my eye on a special gift but waited too long before ordering, out of stock!!! I called and spoke to a very nice member of the team who passed my stock query to the stock controller. As deadline day approached I was called with the item held back just for me. It was sent and delivered the next day. Service from everyone I dealt with was superb.

Great, helpful and efficient service

Great item, promptly dispatched.

Easy to order instead of walking from shop to shop. Friendly lady phoned me next day . A special gift for my granddaughters 18th birthday she loves it & just what I wanted to give her my heart/ ❤️ her heart in silver on a snake chain so I recommend your jewellery to friends 😃

Very quick delivery, plus love the item looks great.

More than happy with the lovely ruby earrings for my wife. She will love them for our 40th Wedding Anniversary.
Great price too.

Fast, fuss free service.
