The LGV Training Company レビュー

Polite and friendly service.Helpful and clear communication and advice.

I had a problem with my licence that took the dvla months to sort out
Lgv kept in contact and as soon as it was sorted started the training
Thanks to Nick Lake
I passed first time

Don't listen to the bull cack that they tell you about 'Driver Shortages / 40k+ earning in your first 12 months / Employment help

This really isn't the case,
1) there is the the odd driver job here and there , however it's not as drastic and these make out.
2) 40k plus earnings in your first 12 months as a HGV Licence holder ? Got more chance of meeting the Pope. Companies won't go near you unless to have a minimum of 2 years experience
3)Employment help with finding jobs / set you up with interviews ? No Way , this actually means send your c.v to them and only when you pass will they add HGV into your Qualifications and return it back to you with a couple of agency job links. That's as far as it goes.

When I attended training school I asked how much the training would of been if I went directly to them and they quoted me £2500. LGV Training company charged me £3600.

Save yourself some cash and the cack information they feed you and go directly to the actual training providers / school.

Held my licence for 10 months now ... Am I a HGV Driver ? No I'm not... Did I waste my money ? YES I did.... Was I bullshi**ed to for my money YES I WAS

Very easy to use, staff were very helpful and informative

Very helpful company while getting my C1 license. Even after having to reschedule my test due to a broken ankle they went through the training company to reschedule and were very supportive. All the employees I spoke to were very nice and super friendly. Highly recommend

Good support organisation and guidance through the process

Great company, really helpful, understanding and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

It was great to be a part of this team. They will look after you until you achieve everything. Professional and friendly. I would recommend other people to go through them and they will take care of you.

Big thanks to company and Alisha for helping me get my class 1 license in no time. Very supportive and professional. Help me get the dates I want and got my license in a month. Thanks alot. Highly recommended.

The LGV Training Company is truly professional and made the entire process of getting my Class 1 HGV licence smooth and stress-free. From the very first day I submitted my application, they provided excellent guidance and support.

A special shoutout to Nick Lake, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. He always kept in contact, answered all my questions, and demonstrated great professionalism and knowledge. His support made a huge difference, and I’m really grateful for his assistance.

Brilliant service, can’t fault them 👌👌
I’ve done my C1 with LGV training company and they were amazing. Amber was the one booking all my courses and she was great, answered all my queries in no time even though I wasn’t answering hers that fast due to my line of work. The guys at the Otterbourne centre( Dave, Del, Marcus and the others) were really good also, very professional and patient. I can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely go back for any other training I’m planning to do.

Hi Neek i really appreciate your good job you're a doing guys that's brilliant I passed my hgv first time again thank you.

I was on a tight time line to get my c+e completed, literally 2 weeks!!
I contacted lgv, they sorted it out for me so it was done within my time constraints which was ideal and took the pressure off me as I had a million other things to be sorting rather then phoning around trying to book places. The revision pack they sent out was spot on! I didn't miss a .ark on my theory or hazzard perception 100 all round, I then went on to the driving and passed first time. So thank you lgv

Excellent company and very good professional team. just passed my test this morning and wanna thank everyone especially Antonio who's been on my side and keep encouraging me from the first day till the last moment. Keep up the good work guys well done.

I had a great experience with The LGV Training Company. They handled all the bookings for my LGV training and tests, making the process completely stress-free. Leaving me to focus on the important stuff. Their staff were wonderful, always providing excellent customer service and happy to assist anytime by phone, WhatsApp or email. They even followed up to check on my progress, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend their service!

From start to finish everyone was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries I had were answered with in a great time period. Would recommend them to anyone.

Only halfway through this yet but from start to present I am filled with confidence. Everyone is so willing to help.

So far I have dealt with Emily, Antonio and Alfie but the reality is the system works - your number reveals your details and they immediately respond to that.

The real point of my review is the external service - this is booked but LGV have no control over this - having just completed my CPC, the course was delivered by a guy who will accept future calls for help or advice. Also, the medical provider used got a massive online thumbs up.

Clearly, this company is utilising the best resources available.

The rest is up to me. What can possibly go wrong?!!

Everyone from start to finish was top notch ,polite and so very helpful nothing was too much trouble .
Kept me informed on all aspects of the course
Emily was fantastic, booked my many theory tests ,always got back to me swiftly and comes across as a very nice person a credit to your company

After being made redundant from my last job after 25 years i decided that i need a change of direction, I contacted Nick Lake at LGV Training who along with the excellent admin team helped guide me through the process. giving me all the tools, guidance and information i needed to pass my C1.
Thanks guys forever grateful.

I did my C1 training with the LGV company. I found that they worked around me and was very efficient with the time frame I needed to have my test within. The staff that dealt with me were amazing especially Alfie who guided me through everything I needed to know and checked my progress along each step, along with Steve my instructor and mickey. I had a fab experience with these who were very supportive along the way, I passed first time! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to complete the C1 course. Thankyou so much to the LGV team for your support!
