The company kept me informed on dispatch and delivery, although there was a hiccup on postage charge, it was dealt with promptly and with complete apology from company.

I have a few different usb lamps and this one doesn't hold a charge for long compared to the others, plus the top of the shade is white, and unless you can display the lamp higher than your eyeline, you can see the white top, which detracts from the aesthetics of the lamp.

Great lights for a great price! New lights look really good in our newly decorated lounge and diner. Nice and bright ( which is adjustable ). Was a little surprised that internal fittings needed to be put together, but with clear instructions it was a doddle. Would definitely buy again.

I spent over £60 with this company having reviewed numerous sites. This one came up with just the right style I was looking for. Sadly upon arrival the lights sent were not what was pictured at all and when I called to complain the response was merely “Please be informed that the difference in the design is just because of the new stock, as the previous lot was sold out. We appreciate your understanding”. So essentially saying to me tough luck pal, we changed it. After some moaning from me they claimed I could indeed pay to send them back and seek a refund yet given their responses I don’t believe they’d refund me at all. They care not that they sent me the wrong style of lights and what they sent are sold everywhere at a vastly cheaper price. Not a sincere company and lacking in customer care.
