The Loftman Company レビュー

I had a few quotes from different company's. I decided to go with the loftman company as the person who came to give the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable the price was very competitive compared to the other quotes. The two lads who came to do the work today were so fast and efficient, the loft was finished to a high standard and was exactly what I wanted. The areas were kept incredibly tidy and all rubbish was taken away. I am extremely happy with the work completed today and I would absolutely recommend this company extremely professional thanks again.

Team was friendly, professional & installed a loftladder in good time & great quality. Can recommend based on this installation.

Second time I’ve used Loftman and both times they’ve been reliable and good.
Definitely would recommend them z

they arrived at the time arranged I was very pleased with the work. I had centre of the loft boarded and a light put in and loft door and ladder the price was reasonable and they cleaned up after the work. I would recommend to family and friends.

I'm so glad I asked The Loftman to come and put in a new loft ladder above our garage. Our existing ladder, which we'd inherited from the previous owners of our house, wasn't coming down straight, and the angle when pulled down was too vertical making it harder to climb especially if you're lifting things. I couldn't get it to behave itself.
Luca came as agreed and on time, and, after adjusting it and drilling in a couple of screws, mended it! And refused to charge me! The ladder is now as good as new.
Brilliant. Straightforward and honest too. Thank you Luca and thank you The Loftman Co. I think you're amazing.

Initial enquiry responded to quickly, with Jake assessing the loft ladder job.He was smart pleasant and informative.
Quote accepted, date given for fitting.John arrived as arranged, again very pleasant young man respectful of property, job completed with additional little snags adjusted by John.
I would highly recommend this company from my experience customer service is excellent and customer care top of the list.A fine example of running an efficient company.

From the survey by Luca which was clear and comprehensive to the fitting by Ash and Josh everything went really well. We were having a replacement wooden ladder and were really pleased with his it looks and fits.

The fitters arrived on time which was good. The things I didn't like - they suggested I had somebody else plaster the bathroom ceiling area where the old loft hatch had been, even though it was on the list of jobs for them to do, I said no, so they did the plastering. There are large areas of the loft left unboarded. I had agreed to a certain amount of unboarded space for air flow but the unboarded area near the loft opening seems excessive and looks a mess. There were other small issues that aren't worth mentioning. Anyway at least, I can use my loft space now which I couldn't before.

Tidy job done in 1hr. Good communication leading up to the day as well

From start to finish, i would highly recommend this company.
They booked in a visit at a time to suit us, then gave a very good, competitive quote after advising us on what they could do and listening to what we required.
The two guys coming to do the job, arrived on time, 'got on with it' clearing as they went so minimal mess, and helped us remove some old boards from the loft.
No fuss, did the job, showed us how it all worked at the end. New loft boarding, raised over newly laid insulating, then a new loft ladder an hatch (we asked for).
Great job, highly recommend 100%

I was really pleased with the Loftman Company. The boys worked so hard and were very respectful of both the property and myself. The installation of my loft ladder was not an easy one as my cottage is old, however, the finished job was impeccable and all carried out in a friendly and helpful manner. Well done all concerned.

Fantastic service!
Jon the loft fitter was so professional and courteous. He did the job to perfection and kept us up to date at each stage. Really quality work and such a pleasant man. Totally chuffed with the result and great value for money - I absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent from start to finish great loft ladder very clean and tidy no mess left behind great price great fitter highly recommend very happy 👍😊

Just had these guys round to install a new loft ladder, and board my loft, I am extremely pleased! The guys were great from start to finish, cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn’t have even known they had been! Very professional and I would defiantly recommend!

Elliot was punctual and proffesional in giving thorough advice on loft ladders & flooring.

I cannot praise them enough. The survey was carried out just as it should be, with no fuss, no attempt to 'upsell'; it simply allowed me to make a decision.
The installation took place on the scheduled day, and they did an excellent job. They cleared up properly after finishing, taking away all the waste and leaving everything clean and tidy.
Happy to recommend The Loftman Company.

They were on time and did exactly what the said they would.. Both men were clean and tidy, and left it spotless.. One of the lads even put my Christmas tree back in the loft for me...
