Excellent, professional, friendly service and quality tradesmen. Very happy with my loft ladder! Would 100% recommend!

Came on time. Got on with job without delay. Made a really job with the new ladder. Cleared up and took away all rubbish including the old loft ladder.

Friendly and hard working guys. Thy spent a large chunk of the day with me sorting the loft and did a really smart job.
The house was left clean afterwards as well.

On time. Good work. Very clean. Very good job all round.

The guys that came to do the loft were lovely. They were really hard workers they were so efficient. My moments so much wamer with the additional insulation we are so pleased. The loft is so much more accessible and the truss shelving is so handy.

The guys turned up and did a fabulous job. Explaining what they were doing and any issues that may occur. Quick and friendly, too.

Communications from start to finish was excellent, no hard sell very professional I have already recommended on Facebook
Highly recommended

Loft boarding, shelving and, ladder installed. Job was required to facilitate a heat pump installation by Octopus a few weeks later (water tank in the loft) and the Octopus guys were quite impressed about the quality of the boarding compared.

Good price, lovely people, excellent job. Well done and highly recommended!

Polite and professional, did a great job.

Polite, tidy and efficient from start to finish great job 👍

New loft hatch and ladders installed today . Outstanding service from start to finish. Every member of staff Ive dealt with have been amazing . Quality products & workmanship, friendly, polite , courteous and respectful of my home. Fantastic job and value for money - Thank you 😊

Communication from this company was excellent, the price was reasonable, and the value excellent. Myself and my wife had been looking to 'undo' a nightmare DIY loft conversion for some time. The Loftman Company provided a swift survey and timely booking, with handiwork that is second to none. Massive thanks to Chris, whose boarding and insulation work has been second to none. They even removed the old boards and arranged a skip for disposal. Our energy bills are much lower, my wife can access the loft, and we have the peace of mind of knowing that the whole endeavour has been a professional job. We cannot recommend the Loftman Company highly enough!

The Loftman Company's representatives who we dealt with from coming to assess and quote, installation and follow up communications were all highly satisfactory. The quality of the finished installation exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish the process was easy. Everything was explained clearly during the survey. The fitters arrived on time and were finished really quickly. Everything was cleaned away afterwards (they even brought their own vacuum cleaner!) and I am really pleased with the end result. The loft hatch looks attractive and is fitted well and the ladder feels sturdy and safe. Very pleased!

I’d steer clear as when they make an appointment they do not turn up or even tell you they aren’t coming. Then when i ask what the issue was they don’t bother getting back to you either. I tried calling during business hours but no one picks up the phone. My appointment was at 17:30 on a Friday. I finished work half hour early to get home. No out of hours contact so when I called after 17:30 and they didn’t turn up, I had no chance. Still no apology or explanation. I called the following Monday and got through to a female who said there was no email from me, then suddenly she found it and said she’d get back to me. I had a missed call from a mobile number so I called back and guess what, no answer again.

No excuse for lack of communication.

Poor customer service and a bad experience.

Thankyou for sending two very well mannered polite gentlemen, did a lovey clean job , spent time ensuring i could operate the ladder safely and correctly , as to avoid accidents.
Cleaned up afterward , hoovered.
deserve a pay rise ,

Very good communication from quote to installation . The installers were very good too .

Sals guy was super friendly clear with what was being offered and installed. When booked we had to wait about 6 weeks for install but it was over Christmas and new year period so understandable. They did ask to move back the installation day on the Sunday night before the Tuesday fitting unfortunately we said we could not move because of work. Installation guys were super friendly but it was their first job ever. Cut a whole in the ceiling because he had the wrong ladder so then had to reinstall and have left me to sand and paint back to new. Ladder did fall off the fist time after using but they came back and fixed the next day. Now I’ve looked at quote we did also pay for light covers which have not been installed we just have boards over the top, so we would have to take the boards up to get to the lights also where the loft hole was made to big they had to use off cuts to close inside the loft around which does look great and also the ladder is only had one screw in each fitting when they should have at least 2 or 3 where they it’s all screwed to the boards so having to add the extras as otherwise eventually it will all pull out. In summary people super friendly, installation is bit rushed and not everything shown on the estimate or told would be done has been done
