A big shout out for the wonderful service I received from An Nguyen at The Vale in Rusutsu. I left a small bag in the room after checking out and An found and arranged for my lost items to be returned to me in Sydney.
I have stayed in The Vale several seasons and look forward to returning many more times. Thank you An and the staff at The Vale for making my ski trips memorable.

Our entire experience with the team at The Luxe Nomad has been fabulous. The team communicate really well, are genuine and helpful and reply always in a timely manner. Our trip was amazing and we are currently enquiring for our next one! I highly recommend Jan C - he was warm and wonderful to communicate with - and as a result we had a brilliant family holiday - first time in the snow with our boys! The private car transfer organised was easy, our driver was lovely. Shout out to the team at Intuition Niseko, especially Dorothy - they were all gems - and the accommodation was exactly what we were after. It's all these touches that build a really memorable trip. Can not recommend enough and we mention The Luxe Nomad at every opportunity. Well done team! And - thank you!

Big thanks to Gracie Acdal for being so helpful even before my stay! She answered all my questions about the hotel and the area quickly and clearly, which made planning much easier.
Really appreciate the help with arranging luggage delivery too — everything was explained well and felt super smooth, which gives me peace of mind before arriving.

Superb experience trying to book a room at Vale Rusutsu. Jessica was prompt and patient in helping to arrange the rooms. Changed my dates multiple times and she was quick and pleasant in responding to my request.

My reservation experience with Nisade has been absolutely excellent. From the very beginning, Madame Johanah Tabay was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. She handled the entire booking process with great efficiency and was always available to answer my questions quickly and clearly.

I would like to share my experience dealing with the Reservation Dept , Ms.An. She have been so helpful to help out on my confirm booking of a property in Furano to another of their property in Rusutsu despite I have made deposit of our stay.

I am very appreciative of her help and the efficiency of her works to get the changes made on my booking within a couple of hours of our tele conversation after receiving her call. Definitely looking forward to our stay in coming December.

I send enquiry to ask when I able to book the ski resort, The Vale Rusutsu in Hokkaido ahead in advance even they already close for the “ early bird” booking. An Nguyen kindly send me a “CODE” that I eventually able to make reservation. I really appreciated and on top that later when I asked for upgrade the room type and add extra person, she is really helpful.

Great communication, helped me book my ski rentals, arranged private transportation and when needed provided me helpful links for public transportation. Joda was friendly, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend using them to arrange your travel plans. Our ski trip to Niseko was wonderful.
