Absolutely amazing! Gizelle and team have been wonderful, patient and very helpful in the run up to my family’s year end holiday to Hokkaido. The attentiveness and knowledge shared have helped to give us a sense of assurance that everything will be ready and perfect for the family’s first ski adventure. Really appreciate all the kind assistance rendered and we cannot wait to meet Gizelle and the team in person when we arrive.

Jessica Batubara was the customer service representative who helped me book the perfect accommodation for my honeymoon. She was very helpful in sending a handful of different options in a variety of pricepoints and was so quick and timely in responding to any requests I had. I also requested information about ski/snowboard rentals and she immediately put me in contact with the gear shop they work with to get our bookings confirmed. This was such a fabulous first touchpoint of our trip to Japan and she was so helpful!

I have received a. first rate service from my customer service consultant Lyndy Cu in organising various transportation requirements and lift passes. Lyndy also picked up an error I had initially made on one leg of the transfers and was able to resolve it.

Excellent service provided by both Snow and Gracia with passion. Prompt, preofessional, and competent. One could not have asked for more.

This will be my second stay at this hotel, as I had a wonderful experience last year.
I made my reservation quite early this year, and later adjustments were greatly assisted by Jessica.
Overall, this is a truly warm and welcoming hotel.

Gizelle Rondero was a fantastic guest executive helping us throughout with any queries we had and proposing alternatives and finding solutions on many topics related to our stay in Niseko.

Getting through to Jessica saves our holiday. Our family of 4 wants to book 2 rooms online at the Vale. Since credit card holder has to be the person doing the booking, we book the 2 rooms separately. However, after the first room was booked, there were no more rooms available online in peak season. That's stressful. I called and Jessica answered. Indeed, no more rooms were available. Jessica was patient and helpful. She was willing to find solutions to help us out, even to seek manager approval for bending room requirements. In the end, she found a room that fits our time slot. A big sigh of relief and many thanks to Jessica.

We had an excellent experience with Jessica from Luxe Nomad! We had accidentally booked the wrong room type, but she was so prompt and helpful in guiding us through the steps to rectify it without any penalty. Thanks to her, we managed to change to the right room type for our family in a completely fuss-free manner.

The payment process is also very convenient – the instructions are clear, just click through and key in the required details. We also appreciate that the initial deposit isn’t hefty, with the balance only collected much later, which is very helpful for managing cash flow.

The facilities look amazing, and thanks to Jessica’s assistance, we’re all set and looking forward to our trip!
